The service was excellent. The lady who brought our food to the table had a smile on her face and had a positive attitude. She even started up a conversation with us and I enjoyed the conversation. That's just about unheard of nowadays from a fast food establishment. Our order was correct and exactly what we expected. When we approached the restaurant entrance we had to dodge water spraying from holes in a water hose that was running along the walkway. We managed to keep dry and no one slipped. Went to get my meal after working 14 hours. Got the number 4? 10 nuggets and a Large frie and drink. My large fries was a joke. Like good god to people not care about anything anymore. I’ll add a photo of my frie right out of the bag. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Too much talking and gossiping and not enough. Working concentrating on what you're doing how to take my order back And when did the meat get so small? Tried here a few times, always waited at counter for at minimum 5 minutes, while people in the back just started at us. Once finally served the service was subpar at best, and the food always comes out messed up. The manger Carman is absolutely hateful and just a vile women, asked her one question and she made sure we felt unwelcome till we finally just left, even though we were going to eat there. Went to this new McDonald's, and whilst I'm not a Micky D fan, I was in a hurry. I got 2 pies, one strawberry cream, and the other was an apple pie. Went there ordered two burgers, nuggets and fries. Should’ve checked because they have been missing giving out food. Looks like skimming after I checked out the reviews. Been going down there everyday, but after missing food it’s like can’t do it. This is like third time they did it. Once or twice is a mistake third time no. The food is all right it’s McDonald’s food I’m not expecting anything much what I am expecting is my order to be correct and if I order something a caramel macchiato medium, I should get a medium caramel macchiato i was given a small. Changing out the manager because she seems very rude. I don’t know if having a bad day but save that for when you’re off work, I don’t even wanna drink the coffee because I feel like she’s spitting it. I simply politely came back into the store after going to the drive through politely said the order was wrong showed my receipt. Bring it back to me. There was no apology. We got it wrong. There was no nothing. It was just silent Treatment I even said hey have a nice day. Thank you very much. She looked me in my eyes and turn the other way, you don’t need to be the manager If you can’t be a positive influence around Your fellow staff, everyone else was phenomenal in that store seemed like the workers were nice, kind & smiling but that manager is just a burden to those kinds souls Grateful to be employed Food: 2 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 3

The folks that take your order and handle the drive-thru are very professional and courteous. The food however is incredibly inconsistent. I usually order a burger plain, add mayo but 7/10 I find that it also has onions on it. Very frustrating, and I'm thinking of not stopping here for the foreseeable future. By far the worst McDonald's I've ever been too! The girl on her phone at the cash register ignoring a customer was a sight to see. When she was done texting she walked away. That poor customer ...I would have walked out. The *manager* in back. Well that was awkward. This manager making fries talking to staff like they were at a social gathering and had no idea what was going on in the dining area of customers waiting. The moment my drinks were refilled and the employer put their hands/fingers inside my cup to grab them. What???? I was dumbfounded! Hold the cups the right way! Management and employees who care about service need to be here not what was there!
