French fries had way to much salt, I threw them away. Spicy chicken sandwich wrapper was covered in sauce. It seems they don’t like people who frequent their daily deals, manager seems happy making you feel uncomfortable. I have picked up 2 big Big Mac combos and some chicken nuggets for some friends, it made them both sick. I thought I was doing them a favor since I had the time, wrong. I still feel bad about it. I just went there tonight, I waited in the drive through for 30 minutes. They gave me an 9 hour old Big Mac, I threw it in the trash. This place is going to kill someone. Same thing again 1-1-23. This time they went out of their way, she took back sandwich replaced it with a really old nasty one, the French fries had so much salt they were inedible. I am glad it makes them happy

1 whole hour waiting for 1 breakfast sandwich. That's it. Never got it. Meanwhile some guy walked in, order a Sandwich and got it right away. They skipped me again. There were no orders up when I got here. Then 3 door dash orders came up and mine was skipped. They took 1 hour for that. This guy walked in that they knew by name and they served him first too. At that point, I walked out to go find someone who wants to serve me. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

We stopped by for some food as we are passing through to Montana. I ordered a happy meal for my son and a spicy mcchicken and a small fry for myself. We waiting about 20 minutes in the lobby for our food and when we got our food they forgot my small fry. We had already left the area so I wasn’t able to go back and get my fries, however, I had a couple of my sons fires from his happy meal and they were cold as if they’d been sitting out awhile. Went through the drive thru, I ordered a qpwc and bacon, fries and a drink. The wait was pretty long. Nobody in front of me when I arrived. The fries were warm at best and the burger was only brown on the outside and raw inside. Eating meat like that can cause food borne illnesses. I like the McDonalds on the south side much better. Probably one of the worst McDonalds I’ve been to. Fries are ALWAYS cold and nasty. Service is extremely slow at this location. The other location in town does a better job. Food: 1 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 1

I usually don’t give negative reviews but this was worth the bad review . We needed to stop to get a quick breakfast on our trip. Only one in line at the drive thru. Following happened: They forgot they had a customer in line and finally brought our order. She laughed and admitted she forgot us. Did apologize though. Sausage McMuffin was missing the egg and English muffin was rock hard. Egg McMuffin’s English muffin was also rock hard. Hash browns were cold. Would have brought back our food for a refund but it wasn’t worth it to turn around. Food: 1 Service: 1

It is really frustrating to find your doors locked in the morning. Your app didn't tell me that I had to go through the drive thru, so by the time I tried the door and went back around to the drive-thru, there were 5 more cars in line. I use your app to save time. It's not working. Plus you are often out of regular menu items like sausage burritos and apple pie. And while I'm at it....We used to prefer McD's coffee. I'm talking years ago. But your coffee has really gone downhill. I would think decent coffee could really boost sales in general. I realize that every one is having trouble finding help.
