New go to mcdo for me and my bf. Place was quiet. Cashier during the time that we ordered food was very nice and patient, if I can remember her name I think it was Jade. However I think they should check second floor from time to time, we’re supposed to eat upstairs but all tables are not yet clean. Service Dine in Meal type Dinner Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4

McDonald's Hana is now open and is located just by the roadside leading to the Pittland Rotunda. Ample parking space for those who wish to dine-in. Drive thru is also functional. Establishment also has a second floor. The place is now fast becoming a stopover for cyclists going up to RevPal in Tagaytay. Service Dine in Meal type Brunch Price per person ₱1–200

I ordered my food and waited for a long time, no one informed me regarding my order even the mcdonalds support. then the store just say that they are closed and my order will be delivered the next day. I asked for a refund since thats my last money and im starving. but the refund will take 7-14 days. So i just slept hungry during that night. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Well trained, i’ll recommended this branch mcdonalds hana!". i love drive thru. girls, and the one who caught my family’s attention, And i remembered her name, Her name is Nadine right? she is lovely and approachable, her voice is so calming naka good vibes. sadly i didnt saw her last time when i ordered. Service - fair. Product - need some improvement, Chicken is oily, dark in color, i think its because of the oil they used. Spaghetti is cold and lack of sauce. Fries taste weird and dark brown in color, i suspect its the oil they used also. Kitchen manager should check the quality of prduct before thy serve it to customer.
