Many visitors come to order good ice cream. Trying the delicious iced coffee is a nice idea. Clients don't highly appreciate chicken at this fast food. The staff is said to be cool here. Enjoyable service is something that guests note in their comments. When you enter this place, you notice the nice atmosphere. But google users haven't given McDonald's a high rating.

This Macdonalds has been recently remodeled, and it looks like they might be having staffing issues. I heard while having lunch from the kitchen,"Put your phone down and do your job!" This used to be a nice family McD's now it's mostly a slow take out. After going here twice and ordering 1 cheeseburger, one fry, and diet coke, I was told to pull over to side and someone will bring my food out to me. 10 minutes later food was brought out. In the meantime 5 cars came and went thru the drive thru. Bring back the old Mcdonalds when they had enough people to do the job. Until then it is easier to drive down the road to Wimington Mc D's. Seems like they only staff ONE person for the entire restaurant in the evening. That’s a massive risk to the safety of the employee, and the customer. It’s virtually impossible to single-handedly run a kitchen and drive through while maintaining food safety & quality standards. Whoever franchises this place is incredibly greedy. I used to like this location, but their service has deteriorated so drastically. Employees barely paid attention to customers, and I saw this young white male employee SAT ON THE KITCHEN COUNTER WITH DIRTY SHOES ON THE ICE MACHINE WHILE ON HIS PHONE. I asked for my egg McMuffin to be toasted as usually they give it warm and untoasted This is how they served me my meal. I wonder if they would like it if that what they were served this is waste of money at this location.
