Service wasn't great. Sure, the place is clean and the food was good, but the service could've been a lot better. We came before the lunch rush and took 20+ minutes to get our food. I'm a patient person, but when someone has a break, every minute counts. The drive-through was moving much faster than the service inside. I understand it's supposed to be a little faster in the drive-through, but come on, 20+ minutes for 2 meals 🤨 Service Dine in Meal type Lunch Food: 4 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 4

Dined in. Service was very slow, waited close to 30 minutes for a basic order. They seemed to more concerned about drive thru orders. Took 20 minutes to get our food and another 10 to get our iced coffee. The coffee was the wrong size and the big macs had little to no sauce. When I went to get things fixed the manager was not attentive and did not listen to my issues. I was told that large coffee came in a medium cup, McDonalds did not offer honey and they were out of whipped cream. Instead of just giving me a side of sauce, he gave me two more big macs that were also incorrect. I found out from another employee that there were 4 managers and a DM in the building and they still could not get things right. I will most likely be driving to Lamarque for my big Mac. We swung by at 10 pm 1/6/24. The Mcdo corporation has made it very difficult to order on their kiosk and there is no one to take your order at the desk. The bathroom is bad with water shutting off after 10 sec and the soap is on the table. It is interesting that the Mcdo corp spent money updating decor but did not improve customer service. With the kiosk this difficult to use they should just go to AI and have self cleaning bathrooms. I guess when you have no choice then this place will do. Or like us, we will not be back. They never fill the fries all the way. I am tired of paying for a large and getting the equivalent of a medium. To add insult to injury they never can seem to be fresh either. Service Take out Meal type Dinner Price per person $10–20

The food was hot and delicious. But this particular restaurant no longer has a self service drink station. In order to get a drink refill, you have to wait too long at the pickup counter while being ignored by omployees doing other things. I wish the self service drink machines came back. Okay, so McDonald's on Palmer Highway is tripping. You come to the counter, and every other customer or so, they walk you over to the kiosk, saying I can take your order over here. I'm guessing that the actual goal is to get you to place your own order cause they walk off to go back to the counter to wait on the next person in line. We'll if you're paying cash, you gotta take the ticket you got from the kiosk and get back in line to pay for the order you just fumbled thru. It gets worse, but Get the picture?

This place is awful. Food is good. Place is clean. Staff is unprofessional. You ask a question - they look at you and walk away. No acknowledgement, no answer. You know they heard you because let’s say you asked about your order number, a few minutes later they’ll hand it to you when it’s ready. So they heard you. No soft skills whatsoever. Not sure if they hate their job, the management, the store itself….not sure why they’re unhappy. It’s clear management needs to train these people on their soft skills when dealing with customers. Smile. Say thank you. Answer questions when asked. Acknowledge there’s a human in front of you with electricity running through their brain and blood pumping through their veins. It’s pretty basic business. Food: 4 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
