I ordered a Caramel Frappe from this place and they messed up my order and didn't even give me a refund or a replacement drink. Me and my family have gone there tons of times and there are always issues.... Especially with their Ice cream machine. Their new staff are disrespectful! Not suggested! This McDonald's is just butt ugly inside and out! It looks like a detention facility and NOT a fun burger joint. So we didn't go in this time, we used the drive through. No joke, only two cars ahead of us but a 22 minute wait! Strange people walking around the train of cars waiting. Creepy. The woman inside the window was good. Drinks were all we ordered and they were ready. Management needs to train staff and fill staff to get the quality work done. Food: 5 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 2
