I can’t say much about the atmosphere but ordered a simple order 6 piece chicken nuggets, small fry, double cheeseburger and a hot and spicy. They told me to pull forward to wait for my order. I waited and waited and waited…7 drive thru orders completed before me. The 7th car was 18 minutes after I ordered. That’s 18 minutes out of my lunch time from work. I went inside the manager refunded me and got my food. Got into the truck and they forgot my chicken nuggets. Went in AGAIN. Gave me a 10 piece but forgot my sauce. Not happy with the service at all, they are normally fast but today the service was terrible. 2/23/2024. Update: the fries are cold and I ordered a DOUBLE cheeseburger and got a McDouble. I have came here on three separate occasions because of the recent ads I’ve seen about the “new, juicier, hotter burgers”. I have asked for fresh burgers every time. I have even said I don’t mind if they are microwaved as long as they are hot. And I get a cold burger every time. Great place to bring the kids to run out all that energy and get a bite to eat. Has a playground area inside. They do tend to focus on drive-thru over the front counter, unfortunately. This place is filthy. It’s 2pm on a Sunday. No one is here so there should be no reason for this. Flies flying around everywhere and food on the ground. Disgusting. This is in South Shore Harbour…I expect more than this for this place and where it’s located. Food: 2 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 1

Worst McDonald's in the area. Went inside to order and ordered before several people yet got mine after them. Then on top of that my kids meal nuggs we cold as could be, which I didn't expect cause they were busy. Then on top of that we ordered a bacon cheeseburger and they didn't even put bacon on it. Got to this McDonald's at 7:42pm and didn't get my meal till 8:17pm. Yeah they need to shut this one down or put in new management. Service Take out Meal type Dinner Price per person $10–20

I want to thank Sara for taking care of my family today! We had lunch here during busy hour and waited for our food a bit longer than usual. Sara noticed our empty table and came over to get our receipt. Shortly after she came back with our food! I watched her help coworkers and other customers during busy lunch. only come before noon at this place. i made the mistake (after years of incidents) going there tonight after a three hour drive on my way back home. They put the slowest brained boy to take orders, he couldnt even apply my discount code after i gave him my numbers so i didnt get my coupon redeemed. They are featuring two new sauces, a mambo sauce and some other one, i asked for the two new sauces and he said "okay." looked in the bag and got ranch and sweet and sour. i went inside and asked for the new sauces on the menu and the supervisor gave me the stupidest look and said "what sauces?" literally... the ones on your menu? brain dead reply for a person in a position who should know what is happening in their own store. she handed me two ranches and walked away while i was trying to talk to her. the night crew here literally sucked tonight on October 4th, the only one with brains was the sweet lady at the window. if you cant take orders then dont. if you dont know whats going on for promotions then you shouldnt be a supervisor. This location is horrible. I’ve given them a couple of chances, but I’m done. They are slow, get orders wrong about 2 out of 3 times. Last visit, I ordered fries and a drink. Before I got there. Seriously y’all need to do better. Soggy fries EVERY time. My fries are almost always soggy. Every time I order a strawberry and cream hand pie they don’t have enough and offer me apple which I don’t want. When they do have the pies I want, half of them are usually burnt and inedible because they’re stuck to the box. The one time I ordered from the app it took even longer to get my food than regular drive thru. Food: 1
