It's a pleasant experience to taste good sausages. The unique characteristic of this fast food is serving perfectly cooked biscuits. Clients don't highly appreciate frappes at McDonald's. This place is well known for its great service and friendly staff, that is always ready to help you. It's usually good to try something new, enjoying the pleasant atmosphere. But google users haven't given this spot a high rating.

Got to be one of the worst McDonald’s. Pull up to drive through and she says WHAT? What do you mean what? Then she put a Diet Coke and we told her it was suppose to be a regular one… she said I know I’m fixing it …. Then no one was at the window to take money after we been sitting in line 5 mins waiting to get to food window. All of sudden someone decides to yell at us for not “stopping” at the window to pay…. Then we back up and she said you didn’t stop and pay…. No ma’am there was no one there to pay 🤷‍♀️ We pay and then we sit waiting on food for 25 mins. And get cold fries and nuggets. Will never be back to this one EVER.PERIOD. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Absolutely terrible service here. There was no caramel, hazelnut, or whipped cream. We paid extra for all this stuff in the drinks with no refund. We had all our drinks switched to mocha. We made it home and there was a fly in one of the drinks!! I drove all the way back and the employees were rude about having to remake the drink. I asked for a side of slivered onions and Mac sauce (pictured) and they barely put anything in them. The tartar sauce was in the box instead of on the filet-o-fish (pictured). The hamburger (pictured) was supposed to have extra pickles and there is barely any sauce on it. I was not rude and did nothing to warrant rude behavior from the employees. This was a ridiculous experience and these employees should be dealt with. This is not the first time I've dealt with rude employees at this location. They have the best frappes and always make them just how I like them each and every time? I come there before work each morning to get one!! And all the morning employees are all really nice and have great service skills and great attitudes! I ordered 2 sausage egg Mcmuffins this morning the woman typed in order wrong and was ignoring me until she swipped my card she finally acknowledged me and I told her I ordered it with egg .she was like well I didn't take it down like that I said ok well ill pay the differance meaning id pay the few cents difference between 4 76 and 5 23 because of her mess up. She then said I owed her 4 50 for the egg to be added which means they wouldn't just allow me to pay the differance between the mess up she rung it up like I added egg to 2 sausage mcmuffins. And she told me that she did not use my card that this was the fix and that my card wasn't run .I looked at my bank account and the card had definantly been run .so long story short something that always cost 5 23 cents wound up costing almost 9 dollars because of an error by them that they refused to fix properly without lying to me about the way it was handled. I won't be going back to this Mcdonald again and I was stopping there every morning and spending 6 to 10 dollars. The girl blantlently lied to me about how she handled it and thought I was to dumb to know or figure it out so if I could leave no star and a liar badge to this place I would Service Take out Meal type Breakfast

I went here because it is the closest McDonald's to my house. The girl who took my order through the drive-thru was talking to someone else when she took my order. So she missed half my order. I got to the window and was missing two burgers and a drink. When I informed them, they said since it wasn't on my receipt, I would have to drive around again to order the missing items through the drive-through. I told them to charge me, and I would pay for it now. I asked for a refund and would go somewhere else. The manager told me she would only refund me if I was at the window. Needless to say, it was the worst experience at any McDonald's I have ever had. I will be posting this on Social Media. And I have told all my friends and family. So, they just lost about 50 customers because of the rudeness! Food: 3 Service: 1

I ordered a mcchicken and when I got home I noticed I seen small yellow maggots crawling on the yellow wrapper the mcchicken was in. They were so small they could’ve easily been missed. Food was as usual, same ole MacDonalds as every where else. Service was friendly and dinning room very clean..I hear tales of drive thru being slow to get food. The dinning in was fairly fast about completing my order Food: 3 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 3

09.11.2024 830pm I pulled up to place an order at the drivethru. The girl asked to take my order, but when I spoke, she told me "the outside order isn't working, pull around and come inside". As I pulled around, there was a car at the window, picking up their order. As I pulled back around, the parking lot was full of black males (I am not a prejudice person, so don't come at me with that mess!) My Daughter was with me and neither of us felt safe enough to get out. I noticed sever a more cars in the double line and their orders were being taken...my daughter and I were the only white people in the parking lot. 4 cars behind us all were allowed to place their orders and pick them up at the window. WTH is up with that? I left and went to Burger King and will never go to the McDonald's on Eason Blvd., Tupelo, MS, ever again! Service: 1
