At this fast food, guests may have good pies and nicely cooked salads. This place is famous for great latte. Clients don't like ice cream at McDonald's. It's a pity, the staff is creative as a number of visitors note. In accordance with the guests' opinions, this place is well known for its downscale service. According to most visitors' point of view, food isn't worth the adequate prices here. The pleasant atmosphere is what this spot is about. But most people who use Google didn't give this fast food a high rating.

4 kiosks, only 1 working. No one at register to take orders. If you are going to replace workers with kiosks you should at least make sure they work. Ordered 2 cheeseburger meal. Almost $7.00. Basically received 2 one dollar burgers, cold fries, and a watered down drink. Come on people, we can do better than this. Also emailed owner, no response. One of the worst McDonald’s, I always order using the app but the payment didn’t process as it did not take me to the Order number page so I ordered again in the app I could see only one order number but my card was charged twice and I asked this guy to cancel the order. He would never cancel it as there is no option to cancel the order in app so basically I was charged twice first this guy would make me wait for about 25 minutes for the Manager because the manager was not there but actually Manager was there and they were not willing to cancel my order. A gentleman was in line ahead of me and nobody came to take our orders for awhile, he went to the kiosk and I waited. 4 workers walked by me an said are you ordering an I said yes then they went to where chester chicken was and stood there having a chat session. Finally came back an took my order. Very poor Custer service. I wish I could have give the place a -5☆ that's what they deserved. Absolutely disgusting. I asked the lady if she could wipe a table off because all of them were dirty, she walked away without a word, came back wiped the table off and walked back away without a word, I went to the table and all the crumb's that were on the table were now in the booth… to be fair, I guess, I did ask her to wipe the “table” off… she may have not understood that when you wipe a table off that you must then continue to seats the person will be sitting in. She needs better training or a job that doesn’t require so “much” of her. But this goes to much more than just her, no one there took the initiative to clean the tables. The girls were really nice but they were very slow-paced. Felt like they didn't have any energy. There wasn't any sense of urgency. I'm not sure if the drive-thru window was slowing them down that could be why they were so slow inside. The drive-thru windows at McDonald's are great but they slow down things for customers who are inside ordering too. Beware! Check your order completely before you leave if you order from the app. They didn’t give me all my food then couldn’t refund what I didn’t get without my card in person. What food I got was awful! I also witnessed an employee being very rude to a customer. Do Better Mcdonalds! Truck drivers have a hard enough job without being able to get decent meal. Sad! This place is so wishy washy on it actually being open even at 6am especially when it's at a truck stop. They just announce the number n walk away not asking If u need anything else. This branch manager Betty always has an excuse for her location and the faults they do... step up woman n pay your employees more to keep them wanting to work. Had to order at window bc no one would answer at speaker. when we got to the window you could hear the drivethru alarm going off but being ignored.
