The staff here is the absolute worst. This location is a little different, and the first time we've dined in. With no drink stations. Thats fine. But upon asking for ketchup for our fries, we were met with attitude from the employees. She was rude, and was this way with several dine in guest. We should've just went to the one on Garth. Took 16 minutes to receive my mobile order, which was only 2 cheeseburgers with no onions and no pickles. There was a customer that came in (while I was waiting for my order), and had ordered 2 double cheeseburgers and a basket of fries and received his order before I received mine. This place is so slow & can't even get an order right. Every time I order from here something is always made wrong. It's sad when you order extra ice and the cup has no ice at all (NONE). We stopped here tonight on the way home from fishing and was pleasantly impressed. The restaurant and facilities were clean. After ordering from the kiosk, we sat at a table near the counter and the cashier was very attentive, checking in to make sure we didn’t need anything while we waited. Food was fresh and tasty. I gave this cashier $11. this cashier's gone tell me we don't have no change 1st I wasn't gonna worry about the change. But He has this fake smile on his face so I tried him out and I told Him. OK no problem you have no change give me one of the chocolate chip cookie . This man hurry up and pull the quarter off the tray and gave it to me That's pretty Messed up .they're keeping customers change and adding up Dollars keeping their 💰 .
