McDonalds has always been the most preferred food choice to get for "fast-food". Meals cooked fast, served within minutes. Awesome staff at this location. Loving the self service kiosks which relates to "self-checkouts" as the customers get to do the ordering. I like having to have my own space when ordering(introvert favorites) than having to order at the register where I would have to look closely at the menu, figure out what should I order. But, in today's age, technology in McDonald's has drastically improved customer satisfaction. The amazing mango smoothie & strawberry smoothie, even with whip cream. The pancakes & their delicious syrup. Food is ready within minutes as with being "fast-food". The only minor concept is the parking lot, which has limited parking for customers wanting to do "inside orders". Just wanting a much wide parking lot as there is always a huge crowd of customers coming in for dine-ins which is great for the business. This location never knows how to greet people when they're busy. A simple "one moment please" is fine with someone like me but yet I ALWAYS get a look like why am I there. I'm only pickung up deliveries but still. In the evening I'm always seeing the same manager never really doing anything but pointing fingers, telling people what to do, and dumping fries. I don't understand why he there so often and still don't know how to get his store out of constant chaotic situations. I feel sorry for the younger generation that works here. He drives them crazy. I am a door dash driver and I am in and out of this location several times a day and especially late night's and the manager is always having a ugly attitude about me pressing confirm on my phone while no other employee ever ever asks and that's ok the issue is while she's being petty about it the order is never ready I have to wait forever! And the trash cans and lobby and bathroom's are nasty and that's all day all the time they really have their priorities mixed up and that's all managers on every shift but especially late night I think the lady should probably hang it up! But if she is going to do the most especially make sure the restaurant is clean and orders are ready, the quality of employees at all McDonald's has really gone to the gutters! Disabled or any front row parking was not available, had pressure washer laying in parking spaces. But no one was operating the equipment. There was no water in restrooms yet still open for business. Stood at counter, no acknowledgment or service. Went to Kiosk, someone walked in by the time I placed my drink order. He was waited on and severed before me. By far the worst experience, i have ever had at a McDonald's. I went in to get breakfast for my wife and tried to use the point system that McDonald's offers and used code for purchase and went to the window and cashier said that it went away and that they cannot honor my purchase and lost the points that i had earned. Spoke to the manager on duty at the time and she would not fix the situation. I highly recommend not going to this location for mcds. We found scraps of paper in our burger in between the meat and cheese in our food. Major health hazards here. It's really ashamed because we thought this McDonald's was decent 4 months ago. Grant it, we don't come often. I assume their employee turnover rate is high, and good help is hard to find. We are never returning again. We value our health too much. My family and I made a order for several items and everything was good except for the nuggets (Wich are usually good) and the manager HEATHER helped us out and replaced them with fresh ones.... I usually don't write reviews about employees but she was soo helpful and went out of her way to MAKE SURE our dining experience was good and she was very kind respectful and courteous HEATHER IS A PRIME example of a manager doing their job and running a business the way it should be especially a business that deals with the public A+++++++++( FOR HEATHER!! I noticed the ginger girl at the drive thru around 4:40am was acting weird and could barley form a sentence and was obviously on something I proceeded to the second window to get my food on my way home I ate it about 10-15 mins later I started to feel weird … discoordinated,just symptoms of a substance I don’t do drugs or even drink I know it came from here when I called the manager hung up almost immediately it was quite ridiculous and if somebody higher up doesn’t contact me I’ll be taking this to court…Im in the E.R now and they also think it was a drug slipped in my food or drink Service Take out Meal type Breakfast Price per person $1–10 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
