Waited 15 minutes for curbside. They never brought it out. I went inside and it was sitting on the counter. I asked them to remake it because I didn’t know how long it was sitting there. They initially refused but I insisted. They gave me the worst looking iced coffee I have ever seen. And they had such a bad attitude about it. went through the line and it took almost 30 minutes and ordered food and 3 drinks and they forgot to charge for for the drink and I told them at the second window that they forgot the two drinks and they told me they couldn’t do anything about it I would have to go back through the line again which was about 15 cars long and then threaten to call the cops on me and told me it was against there policy to fix anything at the second window, i told them i would hand them the money and i could wait for them out front they told me no, the manger refused to give a name claiming they we’re all teenagers and couldn’t give us anyone’s names or his, they had people backing up in the drive through yelling at them before i even got to the second window he even got out his car because they refused to help him because they charged him for the wrong order too the two girls there were clearing high their eyes red the night before and couldn’t even count the change out, I used to work here years before, it was just as bad mangers would scream at employees because they were more worried about the time of customers going through the drive through to have the quickest time then the orders even being correct I don’t think I’ve ever got a correct order here. I am normally the person who doesn’t write reviews or even tell someone I got a wrong order but the attitude and lies I got from these people over drinks was just crazy. You really need to get this manager some help.. It doesn't seem like there's anybody trained for the register. So they told a dozen people to go to the kiosk. Most of them just walked out the door and left. You guys are losing so much business!! The food was good, just like any other mcdonald's. I ordered curbside for just one breakfast meal and waited for about over 20 mins before coming in and getting my own order. If I could rate my experience a 0 I would. It’s ridiculous that there’s SO much food in the landing zone and there is no one packing any food. I work in fast food so I know it doesn’t take that long to pack up an order and hand it out to the customer. Staff was not helpful or apologetic whatsoever. I ordered three BigMacs for my family and every single sandwich was so sloppily thrown together I had to rebuild them just to be able to eat. They had almost no flavor also. Do not recommend this restaurant! Food: 1 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 3

It is our family's go to place for fast food. Drive-thru or eat in place. They have the best fries, fresh burgers and carbonated drinks. And hardly find homeless ppl near by! Best clean washrooms!! (Please keep this way!!) Clean McD in Federalway. 2/26. Came in at 2:47 am and the person taking my order said they were only accepting cash and could NOT provide a receipt. Sounds like possible embezzlement. I'd investigate this. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

The drive thru should be faster, 6 cars Infront of me and it literally took 10 min to put my order in, another 10 after just to receive my food.. then even you get up to pay, wasn't my order I almost paid 4.. Food is what you expect from a mcdonalds, I only ever go in the drive thru and it's usually pretty quick but sometimes they make me park in the front to wait which I don't like. The speakers also ask if you have a mobile order when you pull up but it doesn't seem to do anything if you say yes and you still have to talk to the cashier, so no idea why that feature exists, they should get rid of it
