It seems like the employees don’t care about your orders it’s not the first time i keep Getting my orders wrong. No sausage in my biscuit when I pay for it! Last time I asked for black ice coffee and I got hot coffee and I told employee I ordered iced coffee and she told me she put one ice inside the hot coffee. I am very disappointed

Speaking within the context of McDonald's quality, this location is great. I frequent it a lot due to the vicinity to my work, and my visits are always great, which cannot be said for other McDonald's restaurants. I use the drive-thru, and no matter how busy they are, it is always FAST. Also, I don't think I've ever had an issue with my order here; everything is always accurate. The employees are not only on top of their game, they're friendly as well. Came via the drive thru. When I asked the lady working the drive, I asked if they have peppermint mocha.. She said "YES ". However, when I got to the window and paid, she handed me a frappe cold drink? I asked if this was the peppermint mocha she said yes, and I asked why it was not hot. She said the frappe was a cold drink? When I tried to explain that I didn't ask for a "frappe," she seemed to get upset as though her lack of product knowledge was my fault? Maybe McDonald's should hire people who understand English properly and take some initiative into learning what the products are that they sell? They don't wipe down the tables in the play area. For the last three days I have come here the same puddle of ketchup and cup rings have been on one of the tables in the play area. It's disgusting. Especially when you consider how often kids eat off the table. Also the employees seem to use the play area as a break room, and they monopolize.the family restroom there to take a dump. This is the best McD's I've been to in so long food fresh hot. It took less than five minutes to come to the pick up. I ordered two hot n spicy's the best hot n spicy sandwiches I've eaten. It was so chill. I haven't felt comfortable eating in most places even when I had a apartment. Being homeless I get looks stares and people thinking I can't hear them talking about me. For the first time in to long eating here I didn't care I didn't notice. I was able to sit relax and actually enjoy my food. Went through the drive thru to pick up a mobile order. Apologies to the car I passed at window one because it may have been perceived as cutting in line but I was told to go to window two and we were both headed to the windows at the same time. I could have waited but there were just the two of us. Won't happen next time. Pleasantly surprised at how quickly the mobile order gets filled and provisioned from the time you click submit to the time you pick it up. Less than three minutes. Literally. Pretty simple: I ordered breakfast, from the app, and went to the drive-thru window. It was pretty quick, and didn't have any issues... There seem to be a lot of trash outside though, as if the place needed to be cleaned up, but, transaction was smooth My iced coffee and breakfast burritos tasted fine.

I ordered to go Saturday night around 11pm and the fries tested old oil. As a result I had food poisoning the next day and I only ate there. 🙄 Change your oils regularly please! Be mindful with people. Food: 1 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 3
