I've not ever been in here that they ever get the order correct. Now their excuse is the new one has now opened up and they took most of their staff from this location. Today they asked me if I knew how to use the kiosk. Nope. I want to order at register. They don't intend to staff the register. Hire more people and do the job right. Ordered through the mobile app. Staff had me pull forward and wait almost 20 minutes while 5 cars were served before me. I was given a double QP and a upsize on my fries for the wait but after arriving home, I found that the second patty they “gifted” me with was raw on the inside all the way through making the entire burger inedible and contaminated. The fries were also practically inedible as they were solid and what seemed to be stale. This isn’t my first issue with this McDonald’s location as I have had to wait very long amounts of time in the drive through in the past. Once almost 50 minutes after already ordering and paying. Don’t expect any customer service whatsoever. Expect to wait 10-20 minutes for anything. This includes the drive through where they’ll ask you to park and wait … for a cup of coffee. Yes, just a single cup of coffee was too much for this shift to expeditiously handle. You should see the line of cars behind me at 6:30 pm on a Sunday. Oh! We have been into this location multiple times. Every time we have gone in, they forget part of our order. When we go to the counter for assistance we literally have to yell into the back to get someone's attention. Also, every time we go in the shift manager is rude, yelling at the other employees, and yesterday he started yelling at a customer about her order. She had left her order on the counter while getting her drinks. This manager asked her if that was her order, she stated it was and asked if he wanted to see the receipt. He walked away, and she told him to pay attention better, he came out yelled through the lobby "What did you say?" When she turned around and walked away he yelled, "That's what I thought." The lady at the counter was really nice and helpful. Brought our food to us. We were missing a few things and went to the counter and showed her the receipt. She apologized no biggie. But she goes to the expeditor who was probably a shift mgr and he made it seem like we were lying and trying to con for some free stuff "did they already pay for it?" "Did you check their receipt?". I ordered my favorite #1 big Mac. I drove home after and got busy working on my wife's car. After I finished the big Mac was cold so I heated it up in the microwave for 30 seconds in the box. I sat down on my recliner and started eating watching a movie. After a few bites I realized something didn't taste right when I looked at my big Mac I noticed the meat was missing from my burger. I called the McDonald's told them the situation. The person said bring your receipt and sandwich and they will replace it. I get there gave them my bag with the receipt and sandwich. The person I my bag to came back and told me they would refund me but it looked like the sandwich was eaten a bit. My response was "that is how I realized the meat was missing." Their response was " next time take a picture of the sandwich ". So the conclusion is I have to make it a priority to take pictures of the food I order at McDonald's prior to eating it? All I wanted was my big Mac with meat and the employee made it sound like I wanted a free meal! Come on man!!! The employee embarrassed me in front of other customers over their mistake. My family and I did enjoy, but this is not pleased to me. Because of coffee. when I asked this is not sweet coffee. so, I asked to my mother for check. indeed, not sweet. Try to return for get sweet coffee. I didn't ask them for make other one drink. but, I just wanted to get little bag of sugar for my coffee. Ordered breakfast at 10 AM on the app on a Friday we get there and there is a massive line and we don’t get to the window u til 10:39 the lady goes “it was breakfast we’re serving lunch now” we go we ordered it at 10 she said “we’ll be here before we stop serving” we say there was a huge slow line she very rudely said “well sorry I have no control over that’s. She could have not been more rude we asked for a refund and the most condescending voice said “yeah it’ll be put back on ur card” we will not be going back. Ordered a strawberry shortcake mcflurry because the pictures I saw looked good... what I got was pathetic. The cup was half full with ice cream, wasn't even full, and was basically just vanilla soft serve. This mcdonalds is a joke. The drive thru always takes forever. Don't get in line if you're in a hurry. The pictures are what I thought I was getting compared to what I actually got...

Received a survey code but no direction on how to take a survey, tells me that local management is hiding stuff from corporate headquarters, otherwise I’d be doing it on their site, rather than public. I Hadn’t given McDonald’s a chance in a while so I decided to give them a shot only to be disappointed. No value meals available so I ordered a regular size McCrispy chicken sandwich meal. Everything I saw was over $10 after taxes so I crossed my fingers and hoped I’d get a fill-up. It came nowhere close to being considered a lunch. Cheap snack at a premium price. Now I’m outta time and have to wait till the end of my work shift before I get a decent meal. I know the US$ is depreciating and inflation is high but how do you justify $10 for a medium crispy chicken sandwich meal when they used to be part of the $1 menu a couple years ago. On top of that, all I got was bread, chicken, 2 pickles and bread. No sauce! No lettuce! No tomato!… No ketchup for my fries! My medium drink was 90% ice! On top of that I was asked to pull around where I waited an extra 10 minutes for my food. They get 1 star for providing the drink while I waited but that was gone by the time I got the food. I picked a highlighted item on the menu to avoid the wait and make it easier on the crew. Why would you highlight an item if it isn’t a available on demand. If I paid $3 I’d be happy.
