Went through the drive-thru pulled up to the place to take your order was asked if I'd be using rewards by a machine I'm sure I stated no it was a minimum of 8 minutes before the greeting came across asking what I would like. The line behind me grew expeditiously when they finally took my order and asked me to drive up took my money quickly and I still had to pull up and wait an additional 5 plus minutes to get to Quarter Pounders with cheese and only three people were served total within that time frame. Something is seriously wrong with fast food or just this particular McDonald's. I will not be returning Service Take out Price per person $1–10 Food: 3 Service: 1

They need new management and more employees but that's the same old story with every franchise. These franchises act as though they don't earn enough to pay their employees a livable wage so no one wants to work. I ordered at 6:10pm and got my order at 6:35 which isn't bad but there are people in here who waited over 45 minutes and their order was incomplete or wrong Also, this place could use a cleaning The gentlemen in my photo in the red shirt, speaking with the employee, was there quite sometime before me and was still there when we left. i’m not one to review but i’ve had too many bad experiences at this location. employees fighting each other, ordering online & waiting an hour with no updates, and today i ordered a 4pc nugget & was given a PATTY. nothing else but a patty. fast food prices going up but the customer service & food quality is going down

We waited in line for 15 minutes. When we got to the speaker to b order, we were told it will be a 15 minute wait to order our breakfast. The week before we had to wait 10 minutes after receiving our food to get our coffee. Seems to me the manager needs to manage the business. Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

👎👎👎 For some reason they only had regular meat, for cheese burgers/hamburgers ext…fries and bottles of water nothing else .. we got 3 large Big Mac meals and two large fries.. all 5 large fries was half full the meat was really salty but the Big Macs was dressed perfectly. !!! Great job there !!! .. just make sure you check your stuff before you leave the window. Btw The young girl at the window 👍👍👍she was super sweet !!! Waited over 5 mins in drive thru w/o moving. Went inside was told the lobby was closed & couldn't look up my mobile order. Waited another 25+ in drive thru. Very disappointed!!

Went threw the drive threw. The employee there was making all the cars go sit in parking lot instead of picking up threw the pick up window. She said they was busy there was no one in line behind me. Also only had drinks. The lady at windows was totally rude disrespectful. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Some of the worst service around, every time I go in here, it's employees arguing with each other or customers. Employees hanging out on lobby with their babies or baby mommas. This the single most chaotic fast food restaurant in town. The lobby is consistently filled with angry customers, service is painfully slow, and food quality is hot or miss. Today the food was decent. Last time I waited forever for a triple cheeseburger with blackened meat, only 2 patties, and no condiments. Eat here at your own risk.
