A lot of reviewers think that you can drink great coffee at this fast food. Clients don't highly appreciate chicken nuggets and ice cream at McDonald's. The great location of this place makes it easy to reach by any transport. In accordance with the visitors' opinions, employees can be efficient. Unprofessional service is something that people don't like at this spot. The atmosphere of this place is calm. But many guests who use Google didn't give this fast food a high rating.

I picked up lunch for my son to go to his field trip with him and I ordered the 2 cheese burger meal for him and when I got to the park and it opened the bag.... it was a chicken nugget meal. I looked at the receipt and it clearly said cheese burger meal so my son didn't eat till the trip was over. On another day I went to get a mc rib and they put Mac Sauce on my McRib!! It's no fun to have to drive all the way from the other side of town to get their mistake corrected... doesn't pay for the extra gas to drive back!! I took my mom here through the drive through yesterday..it's been our thing for years, and since I got married and have 6 kids, we don't get the opportunity to do this like we used too. Now write this because I've been reading everywhere as well as seeing advertisements about McDonald's revamping their burgers to be juicy and better tasting. My mom even said something about it yesterday, so she was excited. Well..drive thru was fast...faster than normal...and we were very optimistic. She ordered a big Mac and large fry, I did 2 double cheeseburgers with no muster and ketchup and added mayo, with a large fry, large Dr. Pepper and 2 sides of ranch, and 2 sides of sweet and sour... Now we get our order, and get to my moms house, which is 5 minutes away...literally!! The burgers were dry. Infact they had to be old and sat in the warmers...and the fries were cold, and the sauces I requested weren't in the bag either!! Now I used to work at this McDonald's, and know that the owners of the franchise would be pretty ticked about this, and should be told. The managment never, I repeat Never!! Holds themselves or their subordinates accountable...so highly advise going to burger King or maybe even gorilla burger... Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3

i went this morning and got a few things-at mcdonalds- got home, gave my husband his and took mine to the office-- i open it (bacon egg and cheese) and it has MOLD all over it--it's hard as a rock and moldy-- i was like OMG look at yours before you eat it! everything else in the bag was fine--so i have no idea what happened, but maybe somehow someone grabbed the wrong one-- i was going to just send online feedback, but my husband wanted to take it back up there--so he did. The general manager literally called him a liar. Said that there is NO way that happened and that it didn't come from their store and they wouldn't be doing anything about it. gave it back to him and that was that. Again, i don't know how this happened, and i don't think it was intentional. I wasn't asking for anything else to be replaced, just the one sandwich, but that didn't happen. I wasn't mad, but getting treated like that in front of employees and customers over a $3 item is unacceptable. We haven't ever taken anything back to the store before-And we will never be going back to it again. Service Take out Meal type Breakfast Price per person $1–10

⚠️📢🚨Went through the drive thru last night to order for the family. Got home and the order had extra items that were charged that I had not ordered. The order for my burger was completely wrong and I was charged extra for sauce I never received. Then to top it off my burger was completely raw for which I did not find out until I had consumed several bites and my daughter had alerted me that her burger was raw after taking a bite, then spiting it out... Ball's in your court mcdonald's.

I ordered the Shamrock shake at the drive thru with my order, as I got to the window they say they didn't have it. They could have told me that when I was ordering. I got a strawberry shake as a replacement because they said if i got a refund on my card it would take 3 to 5 days. I was very disappointed. I ordered a burger and there was a rubber suction cup melted in with my cheese, they are very lucky I didn't eat it. They also didn't give me my 3 other sandwiches so I am never returning here .I recommend the other locations, they never have such negligence . Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

We ordered from the electronic screen and had our food and cups brought to us at our table. The whole establishment was clean, the employees were polite and our food was delivered quickly and it was delicious. The playground area was a lot of fun for our 2 year old.

Came in to get gift card for my grandson for Christmas and the lady in blue shirt finally acknowledged me and said from the back I have to use kiosk I said I need a gift card she said something and I waited another 10 minutes and never acknowledged me again customer service truly isn’t worth a damn with people like her I will never to this McDonald’s again who ever owns straighten out you employees. Very disappointed in the establishment. Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

This visit was so sad. I usually go for my 2yr old because he loves chicken and French fries. I ordered a 6 piece kids meal with the EXTRA fries no apples. Which that's what it read in the screen. But when we got home only 5 French fries in the small fry holder, apples slices and no tpy. Now I know I should of checked before I left but it's usually correct. Food: 2 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 1
