Food was good overall. Fries really needed more salt 🧂. No icecream or other cold treats available for the foreseeable future so the kids didn't get their cones 😞🍦 The diningroom could use tidying due to crumbs and some smears on a few counters and tables. Very little rubbish about though. They primarily depend on the kiosks for orders, but if you wait at the register for a while they're nice about taking your order. Drinks are all filled /refilled in the kitchen so it's not awesome for introverts. Their renovated diningroom is surprisingly comfortable yet very practical. Much easier to sanitize and maintain than the old cushioned seats. A few outlets are available in discreet locations. Overall one of the better mcdonalds options in the area. On this particular day. I arrived shortly after 6am. Maybe they had just opened. However, I placed my order (drive-thru), which included a caramel mocha. I seen that there was an older lady making drinks at the coffee machine from window. I noticed she did everything using chocolate, which I'm not a big fan of. But I was thinking that she was preparing multiple orders. When she came to the window to hand me the wrong drink. I politely informed her that I had caramel but I noticed that she used chocolate. She said, GIRL! As if, I was just supposed to take the one she made. No thanks. She made the correct one with a slight attitude. I'm a mail carrier, and this is a very busy season for us. I'm not trying to make life hard. I just wanted my me time before my 12 hour day got started! Was that too much to ask?! I've ordered several times and sometimes good but mostly bad, this last time I ordered through DoorDash and received an burn cinnamon rool. I could smell it burnt befor opening the bag! Tried calling and give my feedback but the dude acted like he couldn't hear me and hung up, tried calling again and the call cannot go through. For the past week they’ve not been available for breakfast when they first open, they have not told the customers waiting in the drive-through they didn’t have a cook. They were told to ignore people in the drive-through if they came up because they were not prepared and ready for breakfast. Before these last few incidents, I’ve had my drink orders screwed up. I’ve ordered a breakfast meal and the hash browns were missing. If the owner(‘s) of this franchise can’t do something about it, he/she/they needs to give it up and let somebody else actually run this business the way it should be ran. This is terrible and reflects on the Mgt and ownership. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

I think this place is given too poor reviews but in my personal experience I found the service quick the dine in experience is quite calming I enjoy coming here with my family and I never had a horrible experience here it is a McDonald’s after all and they do a good job! 5/5 Service Dine in Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

The workers are rude!!! I heard the cashier girl telling the manager that I just couldn't comprehend the coupon regulations so I yelled out to make sure they both know I understand completely but what I don't understand is why she was so rude and disrespectful.
