I watched the crew member make my sons happy meal! Didn’t bother to put the apple juice or the apple slices in the box!!!! Complete laziness, and this isn’t the first time I had to ask or go back in to get my order right

The food and order process were good albeit delayed. The cashier was friendly and ended up being the same person to deliver the food. The dining area though needed attention. It was pretty unkept. In comparison though, the play area was almost a wasteland. Even though it was cold outside the AC was blasting. This caused the napkins and other trash literally scattered all over the floor to blow like tumbleweeds across the room. We had ended up moving a table over to combine it with another table because we had a larger party. For some reason this caused a staff member who was supposedly cleaning to glare at us and mutter something under his breath. We politely asked if he could wipe the table since they were filthy. We're grudgingly did so. When we tried to thank him and assure him we were moving the table back when we were done he just walked off. Needless to say that was the only time that room got any cleaning attention while we were there. Service Dine in Meal type Dinner Price per person $1–10 Food: 4 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 1

I ordered a happy meal with nuggets and a cheeseburger with 2 drinks. The happy meal had a cheeseburger instead of nuggets. And my cheeseburger was missing. I went to front to ask for my sandwich and it was super busy but with customers asking for their missing items. The manager seems stressed and overwhelmed. There's no communication going on. There was one worker coughing and not covering his mouth. One guy swiped the whip cream off a shake with his bare hands!!! Gross gross gross!!!! My mcflurry looks half eaten. I know these places get busy but this team needs to get on the dame page with sanitary practices and communications. Sad to watch. Unfortunately I've seen enough to keep me from coming back here. 😕 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

We’ve ordered through the app 5 different times at this location in Pueblo. Each time, I kid you not..we pull up curbside and we’ve yet to have our order brought to us. Yes we tell them what curbside pick up spot we’re in (not the drive trough waiting spots) we wait forever! Then have to go in and it’s never ready. Have to show them our order confirmation etc. This last time we waited 10 min and a employee came out ! We were so excited. Wasn’t our order.. my husband went in, they handed him order.. wrong food, again.. they look at the screen with the number.. Made order.. got an extra French fry I guess for the trouble! My big Mac was missing half of the meat and sauce. My iced tea which says "it’s nice on ice" on top of it had no ice in it and tasted terrible. But because I live 20 miles away and did not want to drive back they told me they could not replace my meal.

Got the wrong order didn't give us the right food. Then the chicken were under cooked. We're mushy and cold all around a bad experience. Couldn't even get to speak with a manager Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2

This McDonald's has became the worst McDonald's in pueblo. Don't ever go here after 4 pm cause u will wait in line for 45 mins . It happens every time I go and u would think cause your waiting your food would be fresh and hot. NOPE COLD AS ICE. The worst McDonald's in pueblo

I went to the drive through, which has two lanes, and I was on the right after I pulled up to the order speaker/board, I sat through three cars going through the left lane with no one taking my order or speaking to me. Wow, all I can say is Wow. $10+ for a deluxe spicy chicken sandwich and a 30 minute wait because the employee at the window gave my order to the car in front of me but didn’t tell me. I asked for a Diet Coke and got a Dr. Pepper after the manager came three times to my car. I can’t drink regular soda. Got to work 15 minutes late with an hour lunch, sad, sad, sad. Plus all employees including management doesn’t wear their face masks over their nose…Covid does come from your nasal passage correct?

I ordered a 6 piece nugget. Gave me 5 sweet and sours and a box of big Mac sauce instead. Idk how I even feel 💀
