The young gentleman. That helped get our order was very courteous. And even brought our food right to our table. I asked him if they were busy and he says not too busy. And I was thinking well, this is such a clean establishment. With good atmosphere, it should definitely get more customers. So hopefully people will read this and stop by. But one thing they should add is Coke Zero for the people that don't like sugar in their drinks. The other day when I went in to get food before I went to work, a manager came up to me and asked if I had money and was going to buy something first off don’t ever ask a customer that that’s very rude disrespectful. Ordered 4 sausage muffins checked them at window because yesterday they were all Burnt same today told the manager he came back less then 30 seconds later took my muffins when I got home all of these were also hard and dark brown. Called the store asked for manager he stated they were all fresh and said but they are burnt and he HUNG UP ON ME. What a joke. Will never go back to this location. Had an extremely easy order, happy meals with chicken nuggets, and for whatever they just couldn't figure it out. The food was good and everything the slight problem I can't eat my food in under 30 mins so it's basically loitering which wasn't my intention but everything all around is good. You know, at this point, you would think I should just know better than to leave this drive-thru without checking my food. Alas, every now and again I decide I will place an order here and then I go and forget to be the manager for these people they so desperately seem to need. I mean my god, I know it is just McDonalds so the GM here probably doesn't understand even a simple concept like wanting to receive what you order, but your expectations clearly must be as low as they can here if you want to forgo any disappointment. Proceed with caution if you dare come to this "establishment" and if you want some real advice just go eat Culvers. They probably actually pay their employees enough to care and so we get good food from there. Not McDonalds, though, who clearly cannot get it together. This is absolutely the worst McDonald's I've ever been to in my life. There was a lobby full of people, We waited for two hamburgers and two fries for an hour and 11 minutes . The staff were walking around having very personal conversations in the lobby . Our order was nowhere near correct . My car got broken into and the parking lot . This store is overrun with homeless people . The staff were unprofessional. The restaurant was dirty, and in disarray . This is not a place to take your children . There is an absolute lack of management at this restaurant . I would be absolutely ashamed to own this franchise . Never again. Never have I been more personally disappointed with a McDonald's!!!!! Girl in the second drive through window was terribly rude. My food was cold even though she told me to pull forward because they were waiting on fresh spicy chicken. And my large fry was less full than a medium fry. Also when I told the manager she was ride he decided to charge me extra for 1 sauce. (She lied to him and told him she already gave me 2) another employee even looked through my bags and found 1 sauce. Avoid this location. Meal type Lunch Price per person $1–10

Missing items and bad service are typical of McDonald's ,however this location exceeds all bad expectations. The amount of unprofessionalism and incompetence is truly astounding.
