When someone makes my day I always like to return it! Today I decided to go inside McDonald’s @ Holcomb Bridge store #15918 and MARGIE❤️ made my day by just being so sweet, caring and great service! The food was delicious and the gentleman that helped giving us the food too, he was fast! I didn’t get his name we was there on (1/13/2024 at 10:54am) Love my elder people they are the best in customer service! God bless yall! I pulled into the drive thru and waited to place my order. During my wait I heard the employee say she isn't serving the cust ahead of me when I got to the window to place my order the employer asked for my code which I gave her from the app she processed my code and then told me it didn't work. She said pull forward so we can figure it out. After speaking to the manager he told me I would have to wait an hour and that he wasn't going to honor the code I just gave the lady at the window. Terrible customer service I asked if he was the manager to which he said yes. If that's true then the GM should take a look at their night crew I'm sure it's costing them sales turning away customers and left and right. As a small business owner I hope this reaches someone who can rectify these poor business practices and hold their business to higher standard. I will give 0 if was possible .. Because It was a lot but to summarize what happened, after waiting a few minutes for my order they only give me the coffee and after 3-4 minutes waiting they will give me the wrong order, then they tell me to wait in front because they had to fry my chicken for me sandwich, I asked them how long I should wait, because I was in a hurry, boy, they didn't like the question and they answered me in a mocking way, maybe 4-5 minutes, I answered ok, when 12 minutes had passed, I went in and asked for my order, because they were going to close the market where I was going, well they didn't like me, supposedly because they told me if you weren't so tedious, I was going to give it to them but it was because I was preparing the can and other expensive days that arrived long after me and I told him I'm sorry but I've already waited a total of more than 20 minutes and he answered me next time go somewhere else... I told him with that answer don't worry I will report you and according to him he said who? I am the manager, a tall, thin young man, with dark skin, black hair and red at the tips. I am extremely disappointed in this McDonald’s. I have been coming to this McDonald’s for a couple years and have always appreciated how the service was for this restaurant with its restrictions being attached to the gas station but today was beyond disappointing. This morning I dropped my son off of this location as I have for the entire school semester and he is to walk to the McDonald’s and wait for his ride after school. Sometimes he eats sometimes he doesn’t but ultimately McDonald’s was the safe neighborhood restaurant used for my child daily. For some reason today an employee felt the need to kick my child out of the restaurant in the morning before his school allowed children to enter. He did not purchase food this morning. My child returned to the McDonald’s after school to wait for his ride as instructed by myself when the same employee kicked him out and called the police on him. Maybe I am wrong for allowing McDonald’s to be a safe waiting area for him and I will find another location in the future for him to wait however this location does not have to worry about him waiting in their lobby restaurant area again. So after overcharging me I was told by the manager with the red hair that he couldn’t do refunds and I would have to come back in the morning for a refund when the store manager is there. Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

I’d rate this with negative stars if possible! This McDonald’s is an absolute disaster. I can’t fathom why they choose to employ managers as rude and ignorant as (Harold). Stepping into the store with any semblance of happiness is quickly replaced by a profound sense of disgust. Do yourself a massive favor and steer clear of this establishment. Normally, I don’t bother leaving reviews, but this guy (Harold) seriously needs therapy or some form of assistance. My sympathies go out to the employees forced to work under the thumb of this individual. Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
I ordered in the drive thru and asked for 2 6 count chicken nugget and 1 hamburger. I had to wait while the lady fixed her credit card terminal which I had no problem with. I got up to the window to get my food and I told them they forgot my 2nd order of chicken nuggets. The guy tells me that I have to get back in the line to get my order, I said why do I have to get back in the line because of a mistake y’all made. He calls another guy over and then they tell me that I have to get all the way in the back of the line. I pulled off and came inside, I asked one of the guys to take my order. The same guy tells me that I have to do it at the kiosk and he can’t take my order. THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE THAT I HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED!!!! DONT GO TO THIS LOCATION AT ALL, THEY DONT KNOW WHAT THEY ARE DOING!!! Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Margaret was one of the most pleasant McDonald’s employees I have ever met. She advised some of her favorite me us and asked so very professionally if I would round off to help the Ronald McDonald house. She is at location 15918. She made quite a positive impression on me. She is truly a valuable employee for McDonalds. Please continue to hire the caliber of persons like Margaret. Thank you! The so-called manager should be fired. I made a mistake by selecting the wrong location for a mobile order. I was told I need to call the restaurant in order to be refunded, by the correct McDonald's and the app instructs people to do so. So I called the wrong location so they could process the refund and the manager says they don't do that. I told him the app says it does, he said I don't have the app and was super rude & said You're the one who made the mistake and hung up. As the "manager" he should be trained , come on McDonald's.
