Worst experience I’ve ever had at a fast food restaurant!! Went through the drive-through last night; ordered my food and the lady on the intercom sounded like she didn’t wanna be there rush me as I was ordering and never repeated my order back to me then waited 15 minutes in the drive-through got my food and then I got home and as we were about to eat, we noticed a acrylic nail in one of the sandwiches. I contact in McDonald’s; a lady picked up and never said a response. A gentleman got on the phone introduced himself as a manager. I told him the situation. How he responded sounded like he didn’t care about his customers and did the most ridiculous apology. He didn’t care, you can tell and just wanted to get off the phone. He then asked for my order and said they would remake and said you can come pick up, will start preparing it now. It was already late. I wasn’t going to drive all the way up there just to receive my meal, so I asked for a refund he said I had to come in person to receive my refund which I thought it was ridiculous. I told him it was ridiculous and he stated two times well what do you want me to do? You’re the manager you’re supposed to compensate for yalls wrong being. I told him I shouldn’t be having to tell you how to compensate me that’s your job, so what are you going to do? He said he would give me a refund I had to come in person to receive my refund and asked me what time would I be coming by tomorrow. I will never be going back. Worst experience ever. Ok, let me start off by saying that I Love McDonalds I’m here almost everyday of the week for the kids and weekends for myself when I go to work. But omg if it isn’t the app that sucks and freezes on a daily basis or my coffee that they never get right😩 it’s really the small things oh for example the cookie order’s online they are paid for ONLINE so why do I have to wait when I get here 10-15 min after placing the order because they haven’t made my cookies😒 they don’t make them till I pull up🤔 why?

I went through the drive-thru and the food was less than average....... Which is unusual for this location...... The drive through clerk was less than cordial....... And to top it off..... Had to park and wait for my food...... And when they brought it out the fries were actually cold.... This is the worst McDonald's Donald's. 6:50AM been sitting in Drive thru for 6 minutes. Why do I even give them a chance. So Eduardo finally gets on the order and acts as if I am a inconvenience. Smh, now I'm waiting for the order this will take a minute I'm sure. This is my last opportunity.. I rather drive to the one on Cartwright it's farther but service is Awesome! I used the mobile order app and used my rewards points to order a 6pc happy meal to take to my sons school for his birthday. To order the happy meal it uses 6,000points. When I arrived at my sons school to give him his birthday lunch, the 6pc chicken nugget box contained two sausage patties instead of the chicken nuggets. I had called the McDonald’s to speak to a supervisor or manager on duty. I notified them what had occurred and that I would be coming back to get my points back or if something could be done and that the person who decided it was funny to put two sausage patties in the box could be written up or fired. When I arrived at the McDonald’s the manager came up to me and I told her what had occurred once again to remind her. Showed her the box with the patties in it. Told her I want my points back and that I did not want any food seeing as though my sons lunch was over. She did not take my frustration seriously, all she said was “son locos” in regards to her staff while laughing, took my receipt crumbled it up and came back with 10piece chicken nuggets. All she said was “all I can do is give you food, I can’t give you your points back” I notified her that the app says to go back to the restaurant to solve any issues and that I did not want any food. Then a younger lady stepped in and offered a refund for the points I used instead. We got a refund but the manager did not take the matter at hand seriously or appear to care for the matter. She did not know how to help solve the issue. Staff needs to be reprimanded. Service Take out Meal type Lunch

My order was given to the wrong delivery driver and they wouldn’t give the correct driver my order since they already gave it away. Order was supposed to be delivered by 9:55 Never received it and had to cancel the order. No dinner. The service is no different in person. I went last night and they got my order wrong and we waited extra time and my mc chicken was with Cheese and mayo. The 2 large fries were stale and alot of salt and greasy like they scrape them from the bottom of their pile. I need my order redone. Right Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

9/23/23 I went today and their app never works. It says that the code has been used and it was my first time back since three weeks ago. My daughter tried her code and it also told her that the code had been used. THIS MCDONALDS SEEMS TO BE SHADY by turning off the codes or something because I never have issues with the 635/Town Center store. I didn’t want to go to this McDonald’s because they always have issues or the food is over cooked/burnt. Todays fries were soggy unfortunately. 9/2 I went on Saturday, late afternoon and ordered a Spicy MCChicken, fries and an Iced Vanilla Coffee. The only good tasting item was the drink unfortunately. The Spicy MCChicken was over fried and hard, not crispy and the fries were over fried as well and were soaked in oil. You can tell that the fries were not taken out of the oil immediately when ready or they refried old fries. I would have returned them both, to show them but I was already ten minutes away. I live nearby so it’s convenient but I normally go to the McDonald’s on 635/Town Centre with no issues ever. Management, ask your employees to cook food that THEY themselves would eat instead of selling food that is somewhat gross. I do give you five stars for being quick on a Saturday.
