This is my neighborhood McDonald's. I frequent the store enough to know the staff and feel the food and service are superior compared to other other stores in the Billings area. I regularly have breakfast there and am familiar with many staff members. This morning, an employee slipped and fell on their back after they clocked out. They landed flat on their back. The only staff member who stopped what they were doing or made any attempt to help him was the maintenance employee. Not a single manager seemed aware that an employee had slipped and fell and potentially hurt themelves with a head or back injury. This is inexcusable. The lack of awareness at the front counter is astounding. Good food or not, taking care of your fellow employee if they are hurt should be a priority, even if you are busy and worried about metrics. Went thru drive through and they have sent every car to go park. There is no parking, so we are literally blocking traffic trying to get food. You would think he would just keep us in line until the food is ready… Obviously trying not to get caught with taking time on the orders.
