I went through the drive through this morning and ordered a mcgriddle combo 2 sausage McMuffins hash browns and a smoothie, upon arriving home I unpacked my McMuffins and I had empty muffins. No sausage no cheese just 4 pieces of bread. I drive the 10 minutes back to have the order corrected and received no apologies from management or any regards for the time and gas I spent so they could "remake" my food which she clearly felt was more than enough to compensate for their ridiculous mistake as she glared at me when I asked what they intended to do for wasting my time and gas. 10 minutes home, 10 minutes back to their store and 10 minutes home again to my cold hash browns and melted smoothie. Why should the customer be the only party who has to lose out when they make a mistake? I don't expect any effort from them to make this right, my only hope is the unlikely chance someone from corporate sees this and sends them to sit through a customer service seminar which at least would be a constructive use of their time for completely wasting mine. i ordered a large smoothie with an apple pie on doordash, and there was straight up no smoothie and the apple pie was freezing, two extremely simple things, like the pie i kind of understand but yall literally just took my money for the smoothie like what??? Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
