The fries were hot & fresh and the rest of the food was good, as usual. The gentleman that was working the window late at night was very friendly and hospitable! We went near closing time, on a holiday, and received great service. Great experience! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Absolutely the BEST location in Champaign Urbana. I would gladly drive out of my way to see the amazing staff! Seriously, I can't write better review for this location. Whoever is in charge of recognition and raises, please take a look at the staff during day shift. I never leave unhappy, in fact they go out of their way to make my experience a good one. It's the little things in life but it definitely matters to me. Thank you again. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Went through the drive thru. Simple order: lg. Frozen Coke, lg. unsweet iced tea with light ice and 2 double cheeseburgers. The app had a deal (buy one cheeseburger, get one for 29 cents). We pulled around, and the lady said, "Apple pay?". No, not us. We repeated our order. Somehow, it changed to a spicy chicken sandwich and small fries, with a diet Coke. The poor lady at the window had to change it all. (She was VERY nice!) Got that done, went to the next window for our food. We got the drinks and were asked to move to the next window. Mind you, the vehicle behind us must have had similar issues as they were still at the pay window and were nowhere behind us. I saw someone lean out window 2 with a bag of food looking at the car behind us. Then, next thing you know, they are our window. We did get the correct sandwiches (not hot, buns were stale) and two individual fries (not orders, just two little fries). This whole process took probably 15 minutes and could have easily been done in maybe 5-7. Why should I be surprised at this? The food quality, customer service (almost non-existent anymore), prices have skyrocketed, and McDonald's in general have just plummeted, and I've typically tried to avoid them. But once in a while, one needs a reminder of why I try to visit more locally owned businesses and not the huge franchises. Today was my reminder. Ordered a Double Cheeseburger and Large fries. The burger is definitely old, like it had been sitting for a little while, and the fries, where are they? Ordered a Quarter Pounder with Bacon and half of the toppings were missing - no pickles, no onions no mustard. I didn't noticed anything being wrong until I started eating and by than it was too late. People need to learn how to do their job. When I pay for something I expect to get what I'm paying for. Definitely not recomend anyone this location.

11:47 am with no cars and they didn't have fries or cheeseburgers ready. So I waited 10 minutes for something you'd think they'd have ready to go for the lunch rush. Maybe they don't prepare because they don't get a lunch rush. That makes sense. One of the worst McDonald's in the area. Customer service here is horrible. This is the 2nd time I’ve done a mobile order and had to go into the restaurant to get it. The manager and other workers walk past like they don’t care about fixing their mistakes. I had to wait 30 minutes for 3 sundaes and a medium fry 15 minutes in the car and 15 minutes in the restaurant. People who ordered after me were getting their orders before me. The manager ignored me saying “excuse me” when I tried to figure out what was going on. Overall a poor environment Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

at the first pay window the man was super friendly and courteous. At the 2nd pick up window completely unhappy and not friendly at all. My grandson told her hello twice and she did not respond. I spoke and she handed me my drinks, then my order. I asked if she was sure there was 2 BBQ. she said YES in an inappropriate way. So after pulling away I checked the order. 2 half boxes of medium ff. 10 piece nuggets that seemed reheated or very hard and old, 4 straws, no double cheese burger, no napkins. My 5 year old grandson was ready to eat and ate all of it. If it weren't for him I would have absolutely driven right back around and corrected this. Many other McDonald's to choose from.
