Come to this fast food to taste perfectly cooked burgers, breakfast sandwiches and fish. Here you may have good coffee. Visitors don't like biscuits at Mcdonald's. It's easy to find this place due to its great location. The pleasant staff works hard, stays positive and makes this place wonderful. Fast service is something clients agree upon here. When you enter this place, you notice the exotic atmosphere. But google users haven't given this spot a high rating.

Placed a online order at ten 30 and got to location before 11. They refused to make my order. After I proved it was ordered before I got there and it's not my fault they had line at the drive-thru that took a while to get through they said they would only be able to make me cheeseburgers and fries. Our order contained nuggets chickens Happy meals enough food for a family of six. And all they could make us was cheeseburgers and fries. And additionally I will not see a refund on my canceled order for 48 hours. The app says you're open till midnight Google says you're open till midnight. We ordered at 10:30 we should be able to get our food as we ordered it. This location continues to be problematic often we don't get sauce for our nuggets. Things are often missing. And now I wait in line for 20 minutes after driving out of my way to get food for my family and I'm told that oh I'm sorry we can't make your food even though you've been charged for it and you ordered it before we closed. Our little family loves this particular McDonald's. The staff are always polite and respectful. The only reason the food got 4 instead of 5 stars is due to the fries not being at 100% every time we go through, although that mostly depends on what time of day we go and if they're busy or not. spent 20 in the drive way just for them not to have my order and then 20 min of them debating on how to fix it, is there absolutely zero costumer policy here? I work fast food too specifically the drive through and when we get something wrong we’re genuinely apologetic not flippant and rude, bad service and interesting food. I waited over 10 minutes in the drive thru standby stall for my order. I understand busy but fast food, and especially McDonald’s, should be at a point now where they’ve figured out how to deal with times like these. Overall I was not impressed. Service is below sub par in comparison to other McDonald's locations. I'm not sure if they just use this as the training hub or have a really high turnover at this location but I have yet to have an experience where my order was correct. I bought a meal with a large Coke. It was about 2 inches below the top of the cup. I asked the young man at the drive thru to fill it up please. He took the cup and filled it up with ice. I told him that's not what I wanted and he said it was full enough. Very poor customer service. I got a medium Coke but paid for a large. What I like about this place os the personal touch pf the owners. The Campbell's have their names above the drinks section amd you can see what good causes they support. It makes you feel like you're part of something bigger. I also love the new glass art they added with carvings of the US States. O got to play a game of "which State is this shape?" with my family. The reason this doesn't get five stars is that the staff wasn't particularly professional and the service isn't fast enough for fast food standards.

While the food was pretty good for McDonald's, and the wait time one of the quickest, don't attempt to correct your faulty order unless brave and willing to be called a liar. One of the evening managers told me there was no way they messed up my order, she "put the McChicken in the bag myself...." she said, basically flat out calling me a liar. Can you spot the problem? I can. Does it make a difference in the taste? Not really, this is what happens when you get a crib on the last day of inventory and supply for the sandwich. Service and store was good and clean. I just might get breakfast here before we leave for Texas.
