McDonald's is pretty near Vilans fritidsomrade. Clients don't highly appreciate taro, halva and latte at this fast food. In accordance with the reviewers' opinions, the staff can be accommodating. According to the visitors, the main drawback of McDonald's is the good service. As many reviewers notice, the atmosphere is pleasant. But google users haven't given this place a high rating.

Unfortunately it seems the 1 star experience is not an exception at this McDonald’s. Unbelievable mess everywhere. All tables are dirty with garbage on them. Garbage stations are filthy and no more space for you to clean up even if you wanted to. Ordering food here takes a good 20 minutes and it seems they are very understaffed. Heard a lot about This McDonalds, I've rarely eating inside but it was perfectly fine on this day. When ordering in the car I've never been disapointed. The staff was not organised. They even had problems communicating with each other, when non of them was able to speak properly swedish. So i could hear them arguing about how to work the till and so on. Not only that, but i had to wait for fries that was delivered later to my table. Will unfortinetly not stop here again when crossing the border of Sweden and Norway. Service Dine in Meal type Lunch Price per person kr 1–100

Looks like a new branch manager got hired and he is taking the negative reviews seriously! The place was clean, the staff was friendly and helpful (and generous with food as well!). Totally recommended. :)

Alot of flies and veri long time to wait. Otherwise very close to highway so its good stop. But overall terrible.

Known to the locals as Sweden's worst McDonalds restaurant and after visiting on three separate occasions I can see why. Bad and rude service. Staff cleaning the floor grate while taking orders. Cleaning overall was abyssmal. Garbage on tables and floor in the dining area. Staff barely spoke english or swedish. Overall just bad. Would not reccomend.

Very good service according to Swedens standards. But not much variety compared internationally. But good place for a hangout in a small town.

This is the filthiest McDonald's that I've ever visited in Sweden. The tables were dirty and greasy, the garbage station was a total mess and the staff seemed to be more interested in loudly joking with their friends than looking after the restaurant and their customers.
