Typical Donnie's here within the main bus terminal. Gets a full starred rating for providing a clean and cool place when you need some relief from your bus journey or waiting to board on one. The Spicy Cheese Beefburgers served are da bomb. A basic burger formula done consistently right. Have it with a hot black coffee or an ice lemon tea and it's an almost guilt-free pleasure. Quite an enjoyable wait here and there's WiFi to boot. Highly recommended if you have half an hour or more to kill waiting for your ride out. Takes 25 minutes for my order (4 pax) almos no order queing, not in the hectic time, but eventhough I already mention to cashier/sever that we need to catchup our bus and we only have 5 minutes left, they still didn't speed up the way they work. Waited for more than half an hour. Checked my order 3 times. First time no response. Second time said waiting for water. waited until my order number disappeared from “Now Serving”. You didn’t even bother to check my order. Asked again, my order was right there all the time, then pushed the tray to me, didn’t say anything. Didnt seem apologetic. Well known international fast food joint is a good place for a pit stop before continuing journey. Clean and tidy place with helpful staff. Durian mcfurry available during visit, made with real durian pulp.

Took me more than an hour to get my food. Was going to dine in but they prioritize the pick up more. So annoying because I complained that it's more than hour already but they don't seem to care. my order number was 119 but they seem to skip over that until 180+. which means they did over 70 orders but SKIPPED OURS???
