We ordered for delivery, we expected to wait long because there's a big influx of customers but what we didn't expect was to wait for almost 3 hours.
An hour in the waiting, we called the customer service asking for an update for our order. Upon checking the order, the order was deemed delivered. The customer service said that the manager will give us a call so we decided to wait, after 45 minutes the manager finally called but we are already on our way to pick it up. We just informed the manager we're picking it up.
We asked why the order was delayed, they said the order ticket went missing. Which seems to be true, base from other people.
When we finally got our order, the food was already cold. We also learned there was only one rider available at the time.

The usual Mcdo taste, but the staffs are more enthusiastic.
There's a huge parking lot in front but the resto is almost always full. Even the drive-thru has a few in line. Thankfully they serve in less than 10 mins (will notify you if it'll take long to prep)

I came on a Sunday and tried the drive-thru. It was smooth and uncrowded. Even inside. The news that queueing is long probably was during the opening.
Ordered cheesy eggdesal but I received a burger instead. Haha.

We ordered 9 Mc Chicken Sandwich sa drive thru ng branch na to but ang nakuha namin ay Mc chicken rice kaya pala halos 1k plus mahigit ang binayaran namin dahil sa ganon ang nai lagay ng staff nyo sa order namin although pinapa double check naman nila if correct ang order ng customer and tama naman nung nakita namin sa screen if ano ang inoorder namin. Pag dating namin sa window kung saan mag claclaim ng order ay buti na check muna namin if tama ba ang binigay nilagay at buti ay ginawa namin yon bago umalis. After non , sinabi namin na mali nga ang order na naibigay then sinabi ng staff nyo ay irerefund pero pinahantay pa kami about 5mins. Ang ginawa nila ay ibinigay nila yung mismong order namin pero imbis na matuwa may mali ulit but this time isa nalang kundi 1 regular burger na halos mukang sunog na yung buns. I don't know if pagod na sila or what pero pls do make sure sa mga staff nyo na tama yung pag bibigay nila ng order, I understand naman kung pagod sila dahil sa maraming tao that time kaya imbis mag dine in ay nag drive thru nalang kami. Ipapapalit ko pa sana yung order namin pero hindi na dahil sa ma tratrafic pa kami sa daan at papunta pa kaming Manila that time. So ayon pls make sure na tama ang order na papabigay sa customers.

Mas madami pa ang mga nkatunganga na staff kesa dun sa gumagawa. 2 hours bago matapus ang order. Wala systema ang in at out ng order. Careless and staff at manager sa pag pasuk ng order kaya nawawala ang ticket oh recibo sa loob ng kitchen. Madami na sasayang na pagkaen. Lalo na sa mabagal at hindi tama systema. Hindi alam ng manager ang gagawin sa staff. Happy meal na hindi happy. Happy meal chicken nuggets umabot ng 2 and half hour or more kung hindi finallow up. 😂😂😂

sobrang tagal mo mag aantay sa order. tapos pag dating mali pa yung ibibigay.pinapalitan nila yung order (*kase hindi na daw available)ng walang consent ng customer . sana naman sinabi agad nung umuorder palang. yung utensils nila kulang kulang pa nung kumain kami wala ng available na tinidor.
