Only seling point of this McD is a serving robot, but unfortunately it wasn't operational when we visited. It was just standing there and not used (it was a bit too crowded for it I guess). Food is your classic McDonald's food bit tables were not clean like in majority of the other franchise restaurants. We visited only for the kids to be served by the robot, but we weren't that lucky. I was charged for two credit card transactions just because the cash machine didn't provide a receipt. the boss said that instead only one transaction had passed without even checking. superficial with other people's money. 4 menus 80 euros. there is no need to comment on inefficiency Of the staff. 🍔🍟🥤 Really cool McDonald's. Located directly on the way to Lake Blad. One of the only places (or maybe the only one) where you can have a snack after 22:00 near the lake. Good service, bring food to the table. A lot of seats. There is MacCafe With a good selection of desserts and pastries. Very nice place, I recommend! Great place, as it is expected from McD. Clean, fast service, great polite stuff. Big parking available, free for guests. Working hours - almost non-stop. Nice terrace where you can eat outdoor and where smoking is allowed. Fantastic robo-cat service 🤗 our recommendations.

Our experience was far below our expectations from a McDonald's. We ordered McChicken Bacons but received a bun with two burnt beef burgers instead. Despite their presentation, they were nearly cold. The soda we ordered lost almost all of its gas, which wasn't a great experience either. The terrace was untidy, with the largest table littered with rubbish. I would advise the management to invest in rubbish bins instead of the trolleys that are currently in use. Service Dine in Meal type Lunch

Definitely the worst McDonald’s experience. I visited this restaurants many times, but the service is getting worse and worse. Food can sometimes happen to be undercooked or even cold, cheese in Double Cheeseburger in most cases didn’t even see the heating and looks and tastes like plastic. How burgers look like is disaster, if ordering through McDrive, you will most likely get your burger cracked and destroyed, like mine on the picture, which is surely not what you pay for. The stuff on McDrive just doesn’t seem to care about the quality and standards. ⚠️ these experiences did NOT happen during the busy season
