It is located strategically at the corner of the street. Easy for people to locate. Loved the option of Dine in and Take Away ordering option on the electronic board. Payment options both with card or cash at counter. So, it helps people with cash as well as cards. Ones having food in the place can take their number, pay and go to their seats of choice. The server will find you. Thus giving you the comfort of sitting down and not waiting in the line for your food. Good place for brunch with wide varieties of food available to choose from. The seating is on the first floor with or without a road view. Good ambience with the place being maintained well. Ideal for friends or groups catching up for chit-chat or students sitting with their books for revision. Peaceful environment with not much noise around mid-morning. Order mcdelivery supposedly arrive around 11:45am. Around 12:10pm notice food did not arrived. Tried to call them 3 times but no one pick up. Had to call their HQ and inform us driver is on the way. Good experience. Hv my son birthday party here tonight. Staff very friendly and helpful. Got free gift, free games after dinner. We are happy in overall. Kids also hv fun here. Service Dine in Meal type Dinner Price per person RM 200+ Food: 4 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4

Bad services. Waited for 45mins for our servings, yet newly arrived custs received their order already. Later found out that our order haven't been made! After one hour finally our food served but with wrong orders! Ordered iced lemon tea but received coke instead! The chicken also very small! Twister fries? Its more like sisa fries! Bad services by the server! Not even apologize to us. Hopefully their services improve, a lot!

Mcddonald‘s Cheng melaka Since dine-in was not allowed at 11 o'clock, the manager in charge loudly shouted that dine-in food was not allowed and was forced to be taken away. The counter did not explain the situation when paying. This attitude made me very dissatisfied... It greatly deducted points... the management should close / shut / contain the party area completely if a private party being held, my bad experience while private party being held, there are people / customers that enter the area and eat there, while there are many empty seats opposite the party area, c'mon management of MCD Cheng, i knew you all can perform better

This McD just beside the hi-way alor gajah-melaka, but a bit difficult to get parking. I ordered smoky grill burger, double quarter pounder, chocolate sundae & iced mocha. Ice blended mocha which is my favourite, not available at this branch. They follow sop. Only 1 person allowed to go in for take away, and only allowed 85 people to dine-in at 1 time.

The cashier there tends to persuade you into taking upgrades (large sets, McShaker) eventhough I specifically ordered through their digital booth that I wanted a medium set. This has occurred twice and gladly the first occurrence I got a refund. Also, I chose for a small tea (supposedly 6oz) and because of that upgrade, I got a 12oz and paid more. That 12oz of tea looks like it will fill up a 6oz cup instead. I'm not so sure why they didn't fill up the cup but this indeed made me pay more. Why can't they just take my order and stop asking me for upgrades? EDIT: I no longer facing problems such as in my last 2-star review after I switch my payment method to digital instead of cash, and become a user of their McD App. They also installed the e-booth a few months ago so they'll have more time to get themselves together while us customers frustratingly select their order VERY SLOWLY while backing up the line. There are 3 e-booths, maybe adding 1 more will be a good idea?
