Ponchartrain catfish was heavily breaded and deepfried. Not much flavor, the picture of the dish is not what you get Food: 2
Terrible food but good service. First visit, we had the pasta dish and lunch gumbo. Pasta was over sauced and cheesy tasting, gumbo was soup out of a can heated up. Second try, we had fried oysters, dirty rice, Cajun cream corn, jambalaya, and stuffed redfish. Fried oysters smelled uncleaned, not fresh at all or even whole pieces. Cajun cream corn had rice in it, was sore and watery. Jambalaya was sticky and clumpy, barely had any chicken or sausage in it and was over seasoned. The stuffed redfish wasn’t even stuffed at all whatsoever. Was served over a bed of dirty rice not white rice and was covered in a clotted cream sauce. None of the food was enjoyable. Not fresh at all. Tasted like old food that was just heated up or microwaved. VERY over priced. Do not recommend at all.
