I had a burger at this Max restaurant a Friday night a couple of weeks ago. This Original burger I bought was probably the worst burger I ever eaten. It was in a bad shape and didnt taste good at all. The french fries was good though. It doesnt matter how Swedish this burger restaurant is and how much I want to like it, this was not good. Food: 1 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 2

Maaan, this should be called slow food woke vegans restaurant. 😅 Waiting times are close to regular restaurants, burgers are bland, "crispy chicken" should be called mushy chicken because there was nothing crispy about it., most of the selection is some plant based nonsense...😅 Service Take out Meal type Lunch Price per person kr 100–200 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2

Found 2 bone pieces in my burger and the service was slow and we were basically the only ones there. The only redeeming quality was that the shake was good. I would go back for sweets but not the burgers which is really bad since it's a burger place!

Awful service. Staff can't seem to time manage meaning you wait forever to get your food. I waited 20 minutes to get a standard dagens lunch from the one cashier who didn't seem to know what was happening at all. I expect it to take a bit longer at max due to the quality of the burgers but clearly something wrong at this one. Another time I ordered using the "deliver to car option". They didn't deliver it to the car, I had to go in and collect after waiting 15 minutes with hungry kids. When I said it was supposed to be brought out, the response was "oh sorry I didn't see that". Could dismiss the issues at this MAX one or two times but they seem to be consistently bad with service over a long period of time. Edit: had to order from here again (kids and food really needed). Service has not improved and the food when we got it home included hard stale bread on some burgers along with missing items. If I could post 0 stars I would do. Avoid this MAX if possible

My worst experience ever, i used to eat from Max everyday, but today i found a hair in my burger, so disappointed i spent 600 sek on literally nothing i couldn't eat my food because of that, so disappointing ( i found a long blonde hair, i am a man) Food: 1 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 3

The ordermashines was very unresponsive. Ended up order from cashier. max REALLY need to fix that. Avoid them for now. Service: 2 Atmosphere: 2
