We didn't interact much with personnel but we received a kind smile upon receiving our order. My kids and I liked the food, it was nice to be able to eat outside. It was easy enough to order through one of the several screens they have available for customers. While I ordered the kids played on the slide just outside Max. Normally max gets 5 stars from me, but after a long night we decided to get some food at Max. The usual chicken buffalo burger(which is fantastic), chips and cheese sticks. Last night the chips were soggy, the chicken tasted like it was just barely on the edge of being properly cooked and the burger was terribly put together.
