Eating under lunchtime but had to pay full price + drink, I asked before about it and he said it's OK, but later I can see that I paid fullprice. The cutlery and salad plates look dirty and badly washed, and I avoided the salad bar for the sake of health, butter masala tasted good but only got a handful of rice. I was going to salt the food a bit and discovered that all the salt shakers were empty. From the outside I thought this was going to be standard takeaway fare, but it turned out to be one of the nicest meals I've had in many decades of eating Indian/Pakistani meals in England and worldwide. Their homemade samosas are incredible, and the curries have that gift of heat while retaining taste. Seriously good food. Bäst i Sverige? Service Dine in Meal type Lunch Price per person kr 100–200

My experience was unfortunately very bad. I do sympathize with the owners who I am sure are trying their best. The good thing I have to say is that the service was good. We really did not enjoy the food. This could perhaps be due to personal preference but I have had Tikka Masala many times and this one was very bland. The restaurant shares their space with a pizzeria which I think is quite a big issue. Most of the signs and the most prominent menu displays the other restaurant which is confusing. I would suggest trying to cover some parts related to the other business, perhaps a cloth to cover the other menu. And also adding a better sign outside. Furthermore the cutlery, glasses and pitchers were not clean. We arrived close after opening so perhaps this was a time issue but still important in my opinion. As for pricing I think they perhaps made some mistake but it became a very expensive lunch since we payed way more than the menu stated. On top of that none of us finished our food... One last complaint is related to the owners children. As a parent myself I can imagine this dilemma since both the owners are working they bring their children to work. The children themselves were well-behaved but they did watch Youtube in the dining area at more of less full volume and that was not a great dining experience

Masala Köket is a welcome addition to the restaurant landscape in Linköping. Their lamb biryani is by far the best in town. Generous portions, delectable flavors and a happy crew keen on giving you a personalized experience. You're missing something if you haven't tried them out already!

Me and my family had the pleasure of eating here food a few weeks ago. The food was amazing, especially the lamb biriyani. All meats presented were tender and flavourful, the sauces of the different dishes had a unique character. The butter masala was distinctly creamy and mild, the karahi more pungent and aromatic. The garlic naan was very flavorsome, and the green chutney paired well with the biriyani and naan. The two things I´d wish for are an updated online menu and more side dishes to pick from. The owner was extremely hospitable and it's obvious he cares much for the resataurants quality and progress. Very generous portion sizes. The one thing to keep in mind is to order a long time beforehand, as the dishes can take some time to prepare if you are several people.

Best indian restaurant in Linköping and maybe in Sweden. Food was super delicious and personal was super friendly. Definitely gonna come back. Service Dine in Meal type Dinner

Authentic Pakistani food. I really like it. Specially their Lamb and chicken Biryani was finger liking good. I will definitely order again and suggest to those person who wants to eat the delicious Pakistani food they should order from masla Koket believe me you will not go any where else .

Great food with authentic flavors from Pakistan and India. Great value for money. I have not found better Pakistani or Indian food anywhere in Sweden, not even close to this. Will order again.
