I have really been wanting to try this place out for some time now. I finally decided to make the stop, and we were all very disappointed. First off, they have a wide variety of cookies to choose from, and prices start at $3.25 and up per cookie. The cookies are large, so I think the pricing is ok for the size you get. The staff here wasn’t very welcoming during our visit. Both ladies just stood behind the counter and looked at us, they didn’t offer any suggestions on what we were looking for, and didn’t speak unless we asked questions about the ingredients in the cookies. My daughter treated us to these cookies, and she later said she regretted having to leave a tip since the staffed just stood there and offered no help. Ultimately, my daughter chose the frosted shamrock sugar cookie, my son chose the Oreo cookie, and I chose the peanut butter cup. The cookies looked so delicious and we couldn’t wait to get home to try them. Boy we were all extremely disappointed. All of our cookies were very, very dry. None of them had a fresh taste. We saw a sign that said “day old” cookies, but we had no clue how old these cookies were because they were very, very dry. I put my peanut butter cup cookie in the microwave for about 10 seconds with a wet paper towel over it, and it really helped to soften it up. We tried the same with my daughter’s sugar cookie, but that didn’t work and she ended up throwing it away. The sugar cookie was so dry it literally crumbled as she pulled it apart. Not at all what we were expecting. I’m not sure if we will ever come back here again. With the lack of customer service, and dry cookies, it’s just not at all what we were expecting. I cannot recommend based on my visit.

Great cookie! My fiancé and I stopped in to get something. The amount of options they have is crazy. We got oatmeal raisin, and the nice ladies working gave us a peanut butter cookie for free as a “sample” The cookies are rich and soft. I’m a fan of a lot of cookie shops in college towns designed for getting something at 3am in the morning, but here takes the cake (the cookie?) Would definitely return again!

The cookies are decent. As Monica said in her review, for the size the cookies are priced okay. I took some snicker doodle cookies from the day old cookie table and got 3. The other two cookies I got were fresh (chocolate chip and sugar). Monica is also right in that the staff isnt as helpful.. I didn't know that they had ice cream there and could make ice cream cookie sandwiches until I was half way through paying and I was already committed to my price. Overall the store has a lot of potential but there is also improvements to be made. The store can also work on marketing because there's no reason why on a Saturday when the shopping mall is full and everyone is out and about, that the store should be empty (I was the only one during my purchase ~10 minutes). Monica is also right in that when you warm the cookies yourself at home they're good. But ideally I'd want them to be just as good as when I get them directly from the store?

When you walk in it smells great. The cookies are big sweet and soft. And they taste good great service I will be back if my diet allows it lol.

Ok…. I’m super picky and this was one of the best cookies I have ever had. They are cooked to perfection. The middle is gooey but the edges are perfectly crisp without being burnt. This place knows what it’s doing. The dough was just sweet enough without being overbearing! Excellent job, very impressed, sad I waited this long to try! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

I tried this place for the first today. The caramel salt cookie was absolutely delicious although on door dash it doesn’t say anything about it having chocolate chips in it. The chocolate chips were extremely overwhelming I couldn’t even enjoy the caramel flavor. I didn’t care for the chocolate chip cookie. It was very dry and crunchy I expected it to be softer. It also had a doughy after taste like it should’ve been cooked longer. Also, they should tape up to go orders drivers can easily tamper with the box.
