I've lived in town for over fifteen years and forgot just how good this place is until friends were back in town that have been away a few years and wanted to go. I'm very grateful they wanted to go because I got a great reminder of just how great Margarita's pastas are. BYOB is also a huge plus. Such a quaint lovely spot there in Hoboken... Our oldest son lives in the area as he attends Stevens full time. We decided to have lunch there, spring 2022, and I wish I had reviewed the restaurant immediately. I do have a clear memory of the good experiences, though. When we visit our son sometime this year I think I'd like to stop in there again! We were acknowledged and greeted within only a moment or two. The waitress was friendly and kept checking on our table. I feel like the ambience was cozy and seems like a good place for a date night or for a family meal like we were having. I enjoyed the music playing and remember telling my family that had my parents still been living, they would really enjoy a little restaurant like this! I had Lobster ravioli, which was delicious, the garlic bread was good, our salads were fresh, and my husband enjoyed the mussels. Both of our sons had pasta dishes and they didn't say much, just ate it all, so I know they enjoyed it, lol! For the negatives, I have to think about how it's a bit narrow in there but I managed to get around okay. I was thankful to not deal with any steps. Entrance is accessible for those in a wheelchair, but I know that it's a little tight in there. If it had been a day I was using my quad cane I might have felt a little nervous that I bump into someone or something. Be aware that parking in Hoboken can be difficult to find if you're needing something close to the business you're using or if you're looking for accessible parking. I chose to get dropped off and let my husband and sons go find parking. But after dinner, I surprisingly chose to take the stroll down to where he had parked the car especially since I needed to stretch a bit. Any walk around the area is enjoyable too because Hoboken has such a great vibe to it. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4

12/23/23 Back again for another amazing meal Salmon, pasta & chicken always so good. Always a great meal. Even the sandwiches are amazing. Great experience, right on Washington Street, very cute Italian spot. Gluten free pizza and Pasta options was very nice. We had a party of 5 and sat in a cute booth in the front window. I tried several pizzas (both gluten free and regular) as well as the pasta. All good food but nothing that I'm craving to go back for. $6 corkage fee per bottle very nice and we brought some wine. Simply delicious! What a great little restaurant. Nice 50s-60s music. Great selection of brunch menu. Vintage rustic ambiance with patio seating outside. The fritata was perfectly done and so was the poached egg. Some unique dishes on the menu worth trying and the prices were very reasonable. We spent around $38 including taxes for 2 people. I had the Chicken Parmigiana and it was sooo delicious, I would definitely get it again. Our waitress was very patient with me because I had a hard time ordering from the menu. Nice and cozy Italian restaurant. Was there two times with my family and friends. The area always busy so first time we had to wait around 30 minutes but it worth it. Pizza was good even my family who was visiting from Italy said compliments about it. Fresh salad could be better but my pasta carbonara was amassing and delicious. Would definitely recommend and keep coming back, hopefully won’t be that busy as usual.

We stumbled upon this Italian gem of a restaurant today for lunch. Everything was amazing from the moment we sat down until we walked out! Napo was our server and he was very attentive, friendly and efficient. We had their drink specials, Peach Margarita and Rosé Aperol Spritz. Our appetizer was their Fried Calamari… one of the best Fried Calamari’s we have ever had! For entrees we had Rigatoni with Meat Sauce and Penne Vodka with Rigatoni Noodles. We could tell everything was homemade, fresh and made with love… also generous portions. We were surprised how quickly the drinks and appetizer came to the table. The most amazing, delicious and fresh pasta you will ever eat. It was a dish that I wish never ended! SO GOOD. Highly recommend. Awesome vibe inside. Great staff that are attentive. Clean washrooms too!! I can’t stress enough how amazing the pasta was. Can’t wait to return.

I want to start off by giving a huge thank you to Pedro! I contacted the restaurant over a month ago to see if they could accommodate me and a huge party for a surprise proposal dinner. Pedro called the owner to see if he could do something for me since it was on this holiday weekend and he made it happen for a total of 22 people. He even went out of his way to help me during the proposal part by standing outside and telling us there were no available seats and to wait a few minutes so i could do my proposal and not let my now Fiancée see all of our family inside waiting for us. The service from start to finish was exceptional! All of the staff were very attentive and quick. Drink orders and food orders all came out correctly, with no delays. The food there is always amazing and this is my third time going (this place was our first ever date). The alcoholic drinks are made to perfection. The set up of the dim ambience with the real candles on the tables was beautiful touch as well. Thank you again to all of the staff, Pedro, and Margherita's Restaurant!
