I have been getting pizza for my family from this place for a long time. Never once getting pizza from anywhere else because our family loves it. However, this last time was the worst experience I’ve ever had with them. I understand sometimes things get busy and pizza may not always get here on time, which has happened. Unfortunately, this time it took them TWO HOURS to deliver our pizza. All they had to tell me was that they would get our pizza to us in 7 minutes. I just moved to hesperia about two years ago, and the pizza had always been great. But today it took them one hour and 10 minutes for delivery. The pizza was cold already shrunk. They didn’t even make it right. Marco's and the crew never let's us down. The pizza is always hot when delivered, hot wings and cheese bread. My son always request extra sauces, ranch, fresh jalapenos, and red peppers. Never have a problem. Delivery is always on time, and you can track the driver on the app. Drivers are very polite and respectful. Way to go keep up the good work. I'll keep supporting local and small businesses. 👍🍺🍕🍗🇺🇸

Love coming to Marco’s! The pizza comes out how I want and in a timed manner I don’t understand why the negative reviews but I’m gonna say this they do an amazing job! Had a wonderful employee by the name of Kailah helped me and she had an amazing bright personality very kind! Coming again soon! We love Marcos pizzas, and I've done the pick-up (curbside) the 2 times, which was this last Saturday. Sadly, this time, no one came out, even though it said my pizza was ready. I had to go inside to get my food and to make things worse, my food was cold. Plus, Marco's isn't cheap, and the delivered fees are high. I wish they had better deals for larger families. Order pizza delivery from Marcos all the time. This time was terrible, ordered double sauce - hardly any sauce at all on pizzas. Got email that pizza went in oven at 6:27 pm. 10 mins to cook & 20 mins to my house max with traffic, so eta just before 7 pm. Got the pizza finally at 740 and it was cold. Driver must have taken the really long way to my house. I'll think twice before ordering again. Very disappointed. Food: 1 Service: 1

Really good food and the prices aren't that bad either. We ordered a deluxe pizza and I added black olives because I just really like a pizza with black olives. We also ordered some cheezy bread and an Italian chef salad. The pizza was very good and the cheezy bread dough is wonderful! I kept eating and eating it even though I was so stuffed. I only have one minor complaint and that is with the salad. I expected it to be along the lines of an antipasto salad and it kind of was except it was more of a giant bowl of lettuce (we got the family size) with some cold cuts and cheese and 2 little slices of tomato. There was definitely way too much lettuce for the amount of the other items. Overall, though, great new place!

I have ordered from Marco's several times when I am working. This was the worst experience I ever had with them. It's 1.5. Miles miles from my job to Marco's and it took 90 minutes to get my order. I guess they don't know how to use there GPS. Because they said the driver couldn't find the business. The food was cold I called to talk to the manager and she was very unprofessional and very rude. Food is good. It'd be a lot better if they actually made it right every time. Every time I order I ask for light sauce, they put too much about half the time. They Always forget to add the roma seasoning for the crust. They put parmesan when I said no parmesan on the cheese bread. Seriously how hard is it to NOT put something on? I worked at a pizza place. It's not hard. They weren't even busy, they were working slow and took forever. So if you're gonna go that slow you might as well take the time to read what you're making. Ordered three pizzas on app paying with credit card and delivery time was forty minutes according to app. Received pizzas hour and forty minutes later, cold and asked to pay for them. Called location to get billed sorted and after being on hold for twenty minutes hung up. Unfortunately the only way the website wants you to voice your complaints is to call the store you bought your pizza from and of course they don’t answer. Very unfortunate, I have been ordering pizza there since they opened and now I will have to find a place.
