I never had heard of Marco’s Pizza until I started my new job that happens to order every other Friday. I quickly realized how much better tasting it was to Domino’s and comparable to the fluffy and toasty crust of Costco pizza. This Friday my job didn’t order pizza so I decided to place my first order and pick it up after work. When I got there 10min early my order was already ready, but I had to wait a few minutes before I was able to be attendant too. I could see the crew was busy, a boy, guy and attentive gal. I waited patiently and overheard the attentive gal saying she had missed some salami’s on a cooked pizza, so I asked about the price offering to buy it in addition to my order…. She replied with me letting me have it as it was a mistake and I had waited for a good 5 minutes at the counter. My order was $25 and I was ready to buy another medium pizza as a first time customer, but her decision of kindness and awareness of me as a customer was unexpected. She exceeded my expectations beyond the great taste of the pizza. I will no longer consider buying pizza without thinking of Marcos Pizza at the BA, OK location first. In one visit she was able to get a hold on a pizza loving customer. 5/5 Awesome customer service! Good - **** Marcos pizza is slightly better than dominos and pizza hut I would say. The reason being the flavor and the value you get for the price. They have some really good coupons too in the app if you sign up which I would recommend. I ordered their small sausage magnifico for 6.99 which had two types of sausage as shown in the pic. 2 people can actually eat it as it is huge. the flavor was good. Ordered some pizzas. One was missing, no big deal driver said he would bring it. Called to check on the status and guy says "I don't know how it's missing, I packed it myself" basically accusing me of a missing cheese pizza. Driver came mins later and clearly very irritated by the situation didn't say a word. I usually only leave good reviews because I don't like ruining someone's reputation but that was not ok. I cannot believe you use canned mushrooms. Absolutely gross and unacceptable. That is a lie about quality. If you cared you would use fresh. Canned mushrooms are full of bugs- look it up.- " Canned mushrooms are a good place to find maggots. If there are "over 20 or more maggots of any size per 100 grams of drained mushrooms" or "five or more maggots two millimeters or longer per 100 grams," the FDA will pay attention. Otherwise, eat up." What a shame because otherwise it looked good.

I made a giant order for our work Christmas party and the service here was SO nice. Never in my life have I had someone insist on carrying the pizza to my car and help out. So very friendly and so considerate. Pizza was a crowd pleaser and I will definitely come back for future big orders. Thank you all so much! Do not order from here!! I placed an order at 11:46, and by 1:10 I still had not received my pizza or heard from them. I called and was on hold for 5 minutes, they had just started making my order and said it would be another 45 minutes to an hour. Terrible service and business. If you actually want your food, order from Mazzios or Pizza Hut. Oh and instead of trying to make it right, the guy was like “well do you still want it”. Service: 1

I was on the phone for 30 minutes waiting and they answered then instantly hung up. I was calling because I made a DoorDash order and the last 3 times I ordered from Marco’s they got the pizza wrong.
