Quite OK stop, good shop with beverages and food.
Toilet is not free, but is very clean.
They have public stone tables with benches if you are bringing your own food.

We paied 40€ for two simple dishes and one coffee, flies were flying around our heads while we were eating. Unbelievable prices for a less than average self serving type of restaurant!
Extreme prices for self service. Flies all over the place, especially while you eat. Toilet not free, even if you use restaurant or gas station. Better to be hungry.
I do not expect all Slovenian people to know English/German/Russian etc, but when you are working on a border crossing, where many foreigners pass, they should know at least 1 Major Language. Also they put the chicken thigh in the same tray as fish, which is both an allergen contamination issue, but also creates the feeling that they are at the same price. It is hard to guess when the menus is only in Slovenian and everything is placed in the same tray. So we paid 13.90Euro for 2 tiny plates. It almost seems like they rely on people being in a queue and not arguing, because they don't understand the cashier. Also the fish was hard and dry, so probably old too. I'd complain to the manager, but I doubt they will understand. Avoid if you can, especially if you have allergies. Not worth it.
If you spend waiting for few hours to pass Croatian-Slovenian border, this is the place you want to stop and refresh. Surprisingly good food and choice and outside place to let the kids stretch.
A decent stop on way to Ljubljana (from zagreb). Offers plenty of options to eat from. Also offers minor grocery items. Overall a good stopby.
