Manta Ray is a great seaside restaurant located in Tel Aviv-Yafo. It offers diners a unique experience with its stunning beach views and delicious food. The restaurant has a casual atmosphere with the hostess wearing flip flops, but the servers are professional and friendly. The menu is varied and includes a selection of mezzes, seafood dishes, and even a bouillabaisse. The eggplant creme, sea bass, and mixed seafood pit were all delicious. Diners can also enjoy a selection of drinks and wines to accompany their meals. The prices are average for upscale restaurants, but worth it for the quality of the food and the amazing view. The bathrooms are unfortunately not up to the same standard as the rest of the restaurant, but this doesn't detract from the overall experience. All in all, Manta Ray is an excellent restaurant that provides a wonderful dining experience.
