Usually very good, but they seem confused about additional charges. They're often out of the specialty bagels that their named sandwiches come with. When this happens, they substitute another bagel, usually plain. The customers are not informed of this and there is no discount. There are additional charges though, including a dollar for a slice of raw onion (I ordered fried onions). Purchased half dozen bagels...2 of them were stale...I mean rock hard...pathetic. The woman taking orders needs a personality transplant... seems like I annoyed her by entering the establishment. First and last time patronizing this joint. Hard pass. Price per person $10–20 Food: 1 Service: 1

I ordered from them for a company event. The Bagels were fresh and hot and everybody enjoyed them at the retreat. I am looking forward to doing more business with them in the future.

Every morning I get a breakfast sandwich before heading in to work early in the morning, 6 o'clock when they open. Every one is always polite and they know my order. They even know what I get on the weekends which is different from the rest of the week. Great customer service. Keep up the good work

I honestly love Manhattan bagel. They have really good breakfast bagel sandwiches. My favorite AND the only one I'll ever get is the egg white turkey sausage bagel breakfast sandwich. So so good. 🤤🥯🍳

This Manhattan bagel is horrible. I used to get food from this one every morning before work but they would NEVER open on time and most days I couldn’t even get breakfast because of the time. They also can’t read or follow directions. They charged me $10 for extra bacon on a breakfast sandwich and then didn’t even give me the extra bacon, they gave my wife extra pork roll. I understand mistakes happen but the attitude and frequency of the mistakes makes me give this spot 1 star. Won’t ever eat at this Manhattan bagel again.

The bagels are big and fluffy, the spreads are delicious, and the sliced tomatoes he gave us were some of the best I’ve ever had. Highly highly recommend for all of your catering needs. No criticisms whatsoever, simply couldn’t have been better.
