Had talabat placed order of volcano cake and souffle which comes along with ice cream ...during order it mentioned delivery approx 40mins By the time it was delivered(withen the time frame) the souffle was dry and volcano cake lost its warmth and the sauce was all over and the ice creams were delivered in zip pouch with ice cubes which did not maintained the required cool temperature, due to which ice cream was melted and not OK n edible condition... I am so upset with thos packaging that spoilt the entire experience of enjoying the desert...
