Wow I can see why the ratings are low and the restaurant is empty. Extremely slow service, was there for over an hour just to order starters and drinks. Decided to eat our mains somewhere else afterwards. Food was not bad, but not worth the price. Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Worst Service Ever. Should have read reviews before even entering. Attitude of staff serving dine in guests are terrible. Don't even try asking what the hold up is. If this is the way they treat their walk-ins, they should rather remove all chairs and tables to save others from this agony. I should have followed logic when I walked in and saw no dine-ins. Worst service in the world. Very rude staff, the meat was off. They blamed it on the basting but my husband had a different cut but it was okay. Request for the bill but we had ti WAIT FOR EVER FOR IT. This is my third trip to Secunda and we are required to eat supper at Madison’s Bistro. I last came here 3 years ago and nothing has changed. The stuff are very rude and dismissive, the quality of the food is sub par and there is always a delay with the food. Just tonight, my waitress did not write my order down and placed the incorrect order with the kitchen. Due to the lack of options at Graceland Casino, we are forced to eat here; if it was otherwise, I don’t think I would come back to this restaurant again Service Dine in Meal type Dinner Price per person R 150–200

The customer service could have been much much better and the food was nothing to write home about. We had a 500g T-bone steak and veggies and hake, prawns and calamari. Let's just say we enjoyed the chips more than everything else.

Slow service. Noisy environment with slot machines in background. Definitely NOT a family restaurant as advertised. Only consider if you have very low expectations of a restaurant.
