Friendly owners and service crew. We ordered 2 sets of food (salad, curry, roti and drink). Chutney/vegetable side dishes were very tasty. Improvements needed in these areas - curry and roti to be served hot rather than lukewarm. I thought the curry was more sweet rather than spicy. Maybe it's to suit the local palate. I enjoyed the milk tea - it is very fragrant, has the right consistency and not overly sweet. It's always fun to see the master "pull" the tea before serving. The food was so good that I went back a few days later and now it’s my secret spot to come to. If I broadcast how good it is… I’ll never be able to come back with how busy it will get! Also, the owner makes his roti in the window overlooking the street and it’s so cute watching him interact with passerby’s. Absolutely recommend this place!

The Chai is a must have! So rich and frothy, pulled right at your table. I devoured every bit of the kothu which rivalled the best i had in Sri Lanka. A serendipitous find in Okinawa, open all day. It's not a tidy shick restaurant but a typical local Sri Lankan. The staff were lovely and their food was also tasty and delicious They were helpful and cooperative. Cheese and vegetarian rotti were really nice. The best restaurant in Nago. The roti was delicious, definitely get it instead of rice. The curry plate had 4 little sides on it, there were amazing. I loved being able to switch back and forth between the different flavors. I would sit in the front, the owner makes the roti there and it’s cool to watch.

I tried this restaurant 3 years ago when I lived here and it was a favorite. Ordered the B set with Roti cheese (Sri Lankan cheese naan). Chai Tea (hot or cold) is free with a set order. Highly recommend. Amazing food and calm ambience. The staff of two, sometimes three, are very kind and take care of their customers. They also now have parking with a sign posted on the outside next to the door. I had the lucky plate and the koththi roti, and it was amazing. They will serve Americans. Went to this small Sri Lankan restaurant and got take-out. The staff was very friendly, the food was great and the value was very good. We got curry with rice and a bunch of toppings for just 500 yen each. Definitely recommend this place when in Nago.
