This place is always busy for a reason - it's fantastic! So many options to choose from and what I had was all excellent. My only knock would be the wine list isn't exciting, but expected for a pizza-centric place. Every dish was made well despite the kitchen being absolutely slammed with tickets on a Sunday night. The marinara was traditional and hearty. So much cheese on the chicken parm I could happily feel my arteries clogging. I would make this place a regular stop for Italian-American dishes. Never been before but definitely will be back! The moment you walk in the door it's a homey atmosphere, we got greeted right away and had our pizza and Mac and cheese wedges within a short time even though they are pretty busy! Everyone is super friendly, the food is to die for delicious and the vibe is amazing here! We got thick crust pizza by the slice and it's so tasty!! Completely recommend this place to everyone!! The closest food to NYC that I can get in Colorado. The sauce here is amazing. The pizza, the meatballs, the garlic knots, the eggplant parmigian... Everything here is amazing. The service is great, your glass is always full. I've been coming here for 15 years. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

This place no joke is so good. We had a the white pizza witch is ricotta cheese, parmesan cheese, mozzarella cheese and garlic oil, we also added garlic and meatballs. The flavors were very exceptional. We also had a sampler which was lasagna, stuffed shells and ravioli. I would definitely recommend this place it has over a 4 star rating. The staff was very polite and attentive. The atmosphere is open and bright. There are also arcade games to enjoy nice edition for the kid's or adults. I went back less than a week later and ordered another white pizza and eggplant parmesan. If like New York style pizza and other Italian dishes you have to go here! Bon Appétit! This place is great. A simple, laid back atmosphere, with delicious food. The combo pizza was top shelf. Cheese ravioli were great, and the Fettuccini Alfredo was choice. I almost didnt want to write this review because I want to keep it as a secret as long as possible. But, with their dining room consistently filled and orders for take-out always going, I guess the secret is out. Best pizza, hands down (coming from a New Yorker). Finally had the chance to try their homemade pasta dishes, all were fantastic and generous portions so we have lunch for tomorrow. Garlic knots are perfect, get the 10 piece order. Cheesecake is delicious, dense, and flaky. Family owned, affordable, and I hope they stay around for a long time. It’s funny how Coloradoans think they know NY pizza. This place has good pizza. The cheese tastes like NYC pizza cheese. The dough is softer along the crust, which is what you get in the Western US. The sauce tastes like NYC sauce, but with more salt in it, which I love. In NYC many people find the sauce in pizzas to be understated. So they add salt on top of the cheese along with things like Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, oregano, and red hot chilly pepper flakes. I would totally just add more salt to the sauce like these guys do. I would rate this pizza above NYC pizza.

My friend and I came about and hour before closing, and it was probably during one of their peak busy hours. They were able to sit us and ask for our orders fairly fast. And the food came out in a good amount of time as well. They were great at checking in on us to make sure we had everything we need. The pizza was SO good and hit the pizza craving I had all week prior. The pasta was okay. I would personally recommend the pizza over the pasta, nonetheless, I had a great time! Excellent neighborhood pizza spot! Don’t waste the calories on the cheaper, lower quality fast food chains. LuBo’s is well worth everything for what they have to offer. Truly a gem when it comes to finding an authentic local NY pizza joint right in the suburbs of Aurora. A few pointers and fun finds from our visit this evening: - I enjoy well done pizza but you don’t need to do it here. I was still happy with how it came out. - Meatballs are not made with pork - Chicken Parmesan was made with sliced chicken, not breast, which was a little disappointing but still tasted okay. - Greek salad here is delicious and the dressing they have does not have anchovies in it - Affordable prices and the staff is both friendly and professional Overall, we loved our first dining experience at LuBo’s and will 100% be coming back again.
