Today I hosted my son’s and his girlfriend’s baby shower, my first grandchild by the way! My first experience ever hosting a catered event! It was a nightmare! They arrived over 20 minutes late for the delivery. I should have checked the food before the owner left. The food was burnt, hard, dry with little to no sauce like they cooked it the night before and heated it up before they delivered it. My heart dropped! I was so embarrassed and upset that I couldn’t even enjoy myself! As you can see from my receipt, I spent over $600 on this disgusting food! It’s supposed to be chicken parmigiana, meatballs, and baked ziti. I wouldn’t even have given them one star, but I had to in order to post!
10/19: In response to the owners comments, I definitely reached out immediately at the baby shower and several times afterwards! (attached photo) At the hall, I NEVER turned on the oven as I just stored the extra trays in the oven because I order two trays of chicken parmigiana, meatballs and ziti. Today I finally got ahold of the owner, he would not refund my money knowing it was his fault. Therefore, I have filed a complaint with my credit card company.
Probably the greatest catering order I’ve ever gotten. Hands down. The lemon chicken and full caesar were awesome, and the tortellini with blackened chicken was OUT OF THIS WORLD! Couldn’t recommend this place more for catering, take-out and dine-in alike. Staff is super nice and prices are even better. 🥰 10/10 experience
It's my favorite local spot to go. Just one block away when my stomach is on "E". Great place to meet and greet. Simply warm and cozy and friendly atmosphere :))))

Worst food I have ever witnessed served at a gathering and I was shocked to find out it was catered by an actual company. As you can see from the pictures, the "baked ziti" was nothing more than dry noodles with next to no sauce, the meatballs were charcoal burnt on top, again with no sauce and the "chicken parm" was also dry and burnt with such over cooked cheese that you couldn't even tell it was cheese. Also note the picture of the entire tray of "chicken parm" in the trash because that's how terrible it was. I was super embarrassed for the host, especially after hearing how much she was robbed by this company. The guests carried most of the food in themselves, the company didn't even attempt to help setup and then the host had to go buy serving utensils because apparently utensils were not included in the $600 bill! Absolute BS that they have the nerve to place the blame for their mistakes on the customer. They should take some classes in professionalism and personal accountability. Would not recommend for catering services at all!
Lou's Deli catered our Veterans Day luncheon at Radwell Headquarters and they did an amazing job. The food was great and everyone enjoyed their lunch. Thank you, Lou's Deli!

attended a baby shower this past weekend that was beautifully thrown for my sister . the whole thing was beautiful aside from the food which i helped set up as it came in the door . this food was something i would be embarrassed to give out as an owner . we placed the extra trays of food in the oven , which was OFF the entire time . the food they provided was dry , burnt on top and disgusting . it was almost embarrassing to feed to the guests . as all the other reviews say , it may have good pizza and sandwitches but i definitely would not recommend having them cater your important family gatherings .
Skinniest hoagies in NJ. I go back in and explain politely, that I ordered an American Hoagie not a Ham & Cheese sub. Here you have to specifically state you want lettuce, tomatoes & onions which is the basic.
Fine I understand the mishap but the attitude and the eye rolls I got about handing me a 16 inch sub (2-8 inch rolls) with as much ham and cheese as you get in a children’s lunchable was the final straw for me. Don’t waste your time and money if you want a classic hoagie
Best sandwich I've ever had and quite different as it was fried eggplant and fresh mozzarella. Also had great cakes afterward that were to die for. Service was great and nice tables to eat at outside and not terribly expensive for what you get.
