It's a hotel bar. Nice place to have a conversation. They have nice chairs, quiet, and not too busy. There is also a roof top bar upstairs. Different menu and little cold and windy. Drinks are so so, nice place to hangout tho. Food: 3 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 5

I've found this nice secluded and calm place right on University Ave. We were looking for a late dinner and almost every other restaurant around closes at 9- 9 30pm, but they are open until 11 pm Their food was delicious and I felt it very inviting. Wonderful night out at Lou and Herberts. The lobby is chic and filled to the brim with art work. Menu is interesting and had lots of dairy free/vegetarian options. Drinks were well made and delightful. Service was friendly and nice but a little slow to start.
