Some of the Best Authentic Mexican food I have ever had the pleasure of eating. But be careful when you ask for hot sauce.... Because damn... First time here and it was good! Was greeted and quickly served with drinks and salsa. Got the blackened chicken burrito & flautas platter. Blackened chicken was a bit too salty for my liking but was still good! Queso was very good also. Will definitely be back!! Very good Mexican restaurant. Amazing food. I ordered the gigantic burrito. Surprisingly, I did finish the whole thing. Steak, chicken, and chorizo with beans. Topped off with 3 different sauces. I ordered delivery, so gave service and atmosphere 5 stars because I’ve been there before and it was great. Unfortunately, delivery was not so good. I understand food will not be fresh and hot but the amount of fat i got in my carnitas was something that could be controlled. By the time I pulled the huge pieces of fat out, I had enough for 2 very small tacos/burritos. Over half of the meat I received was inedible. While my dog was thrilled, I was not. Honestly love, love, love this place! I haven't had GREAT authentic Mexican food since actually visiting the country itself. Since finding this gem... I make it a point lately to get there once a week it seems now, I've almost become addicted! I'd give 10stars if I could give... granted their more busy since the secret is out but their always, always consistently nice & make sure your happy, plus bonus you feel comfy being there whether your w/your family or your friends. Really my favorite restaurant in the area. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

We are always up for an adventure and we were not disappointed. The restaurant is clean and inviting, and the staff are happy and pleasant to talk to. The food is very good and our host let us know that they are trying to stay authentic with their flavors and offerings. We had a taco salad and enchiladas Rojas. They both came with rice and beans. They were both very flavorful, and since they are authentic the host let me know that next time I could get the sauce on the side. A little spicier than my delicate Midwest tastebuds were used to, but would definitely go back.

The person who waited us was very friendly but then after that the service really slowed down. I liked the chips and tortilla chips we got when we first sat down. I thought the large custom booths and the tables unique. I just ordered a beef chimichanga and I might have read the menu incorrectly, which I couldn’t find a online, but I was expecting the white cheese sauce on it instead of a red sauce. I will say it was a lot larger than the ones I normally get. I wasn’t super happy about the sauce but I figured I already had the food so I would eat it anyways. I started on the side that didn’t have the red sauce and worked my way to it. But inside the chimichanga was very different than I’ve ever had in Mexican food and I didn’t really like it. I kind of assumed that chimichangas were very similar but I guess this one was not. The inside of my chimichanga had onions in with the ground beef reminding me more of a pastie than a chimichanga. Then one I had gotten to about the middle all of a sudden there was a large section of cheese added as a larger near the tortilla. I was so confused. I did not like this style of chimichanga at all. I didn’t even bring it home. And honestly the more I ate it the more I felt like it grossed me out because I just wasn’t expecting this at all. If I would have been more aware this is what I was getting I would have ordered something else or went to a different restaurant. The beans were fine but the rice was dry. I wouldn’t go back. Fantastic, authentic Mexican food! Best Huaraches I've had. Al pastor was excellent. Barbacoa was spot on. Great Paloma too, just substitute in some Anejo (my fav!)

We have had so many good meals at Los Tres Amigos that it's about time I wrote a review. Tonight we had chimichangas and fajitas, both were excellent and came out quickly. The fajitas were sizzling on a platter. The food was great and the service too. Prices are fair and they have a great selection of beer and other drinks. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
