We were seated and waited 5-7 minutes before a server greeted us which gave us plenty of time to browse the menu. When the server arrived I let him know we were ready to order ** we were starving :) ** He said “ok, i’ll be back” then disappeared for another 5-7 minutes (I felt like that was a big miss) We each ordered the ribeye along with broccoli, brussels sprouts, and salads. I asked for medium rare plus but was told they couldn’t do that. I hear that from time to time but never at a place that has steakhouse in the title of the restaurant. The salads showed up immediately and were fantastic Brussels sprouts were some of the best we’ve ever had Broccoli was a bit sour and bitter We were asked if we would like steak sauce when the steaks were brought to the table… that was a red flag to me. I thought “i sure hope not” Steaks were cooked well as far as temperature goes but lacked flavor. Been a long time since a ribeye couldn’t provide enough flavor to satisfy. We added butter, salt and pepper to help supplement. Looking back now, the steak sauce makes more sense :/ One more thing I’ll mention, two servers stood right over the top of us and talked about a large tip one of them just received.
