Last 3 times I have been they have been out of so much stuff. Fish, fries, tarter sauce. So tonight when I ordered they was out of fries. Ok, I asked for extra hush puppies and cole slaw. The hush puppies are so greasy it dripped off when picked up. The fish and chicken are over cooked and hard, extremely small pieces as well. And no Cole slaw at all. Still paid full price which is almost $20 for a meal. Definitely will not be going back. Plus no working phone number online to call and let them know. We don't have a Long John Silvers anywhere close and I consider it a treat when we are traveling and happen on one. This is an A&W/Long John's and our chicken was delicious and I get to have A& W root beer as well. Staff is super friendly and helpful. Our local LJS is good, pretty much every time we get food there. Our latest fave is the spicy fish, which we really like. Sadly, it seems the size of the fish pieces are getting smaller over the last few years, but that seems to be happening at most of the "fish" places we've eaten in the the last 3 or 4 years. LJS is getting to be pretty pricey for how much you get in a meal - closer and closer to $40 for just two people! (I can't address "Atmosphere" because we've only picked up in drive-thru.) The cocktail sauce in our bag was popped open. When i grabbed it, not knowing, it got on my white shirt pand of course we were on our way out. After stopping to buy a new shirt I noticed every cocktail sauce packet had hard dry sauce on them and they were served as if its acceptable. Went here because wanted fish went to order grilled meal was told grill food was not available at this time. Had to Order something else. Fine asked for cold mugs for root beer only had 2 there were 3 of us ok no problem. Get our food French fries are way over cooked and hard and dry! Needless to say spent $43.00 and food was lousy!! Terrible is the best description of this establishment. Very boring and food was disgusting literally the only thing that wasn’t gross was the root beer float. The fish was chewy and my food was reheated in a plastic container which I could taste. Everything was over salted and bathrooms were smelly. Owner needs to put money back into the place instead of pocketing it. Building needs updated and I feel sorry for the patrons that frequent this place!!
